• What’s your reply and want further
information.
• SIP?
• Tell me about you research?
Closed Questions:
• Direct questions that tend to ‘Pin you down’
to a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’.
• Money or love?
• Money or career?

Hypothetical Questions:
• Encourage you to imagine.
• Your ability to handle the unknown
• Chance to showcase how well you think and
the quality of your judgment.
• Try to relate the questions to your own
experiences.

Difficult Questions:
• Come in different shapes and forms.
• Give yourself a moment to think rather than
answering immediately.
• Do not be evasive.
• Anticipate what areas the interviewer may cover
and have an answer ready for them.
I see a gap of three years in between your
Bachelors degree and MBA? What were you doing
this time?
This job requires a professional diploma, how will
you make up for the shortfall in your
qualifications.

Negative Questions:
• Don’t fall in the trap of defending yourself.
• Be constructive and turn the question around
to show yourself in a positive light as this
may be an interviews way of making
comparisons between the best candidates.
