Advertising design is about creating and organizing visual elements – Logos, branding.
Print ads, and digital Ads, - to promote a product or service
The process helps businesses create a brand voice and visual identity. Therefore your ad design should
accurate describe your brand and what it stand for
A book cover is a protective covering used to bring together the pages of a books.
Types: Hardcover, Paperbacks or Softcover
The features of book cover are: (1) Spine (2) Blurd (3) ISBN NUMBER.

BOARD SUMMARY
FEATURES OF BOOK COVER
SPINE: The spine is the side of the cover opposite the fore – edge. That is, the covering between the front
and back cover, that usually display the title and the authors name
BLURB: It is a persuasive summary of any book, film or creative work.
A blurb is a short promotional description. Blurb usually appear on the back cover of printed books and
are intended to encourage readers to buy into the book.
ISBN: means international standard book number, it is a national and international identification number
for uniquely identifying books, i.e publications that are not intended to continue indefinitely. The
international standard serial number is a national and international standard for serial publications.
