Alice Tan Gonzalez (born on June 24, 1954) was a
famous writer of poetry, drama, and fiction in

of literary artists inducted to the Palanca Awards Hall
of Fame in 2014. One of her famous works is "In The

Filipino poet, fiction writer, author, and filmmaker Peter Solis Nery. He has
won the All-Western Visayas Literary Contest, the Cultural Center of the
Philippines (CCP) Literary Grant, and the Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards
for Literature Hall of Fame Award for his Hiligaynon writing. Peter completed
his secondary education at the Dumangas Polytechnic College (now Iloilo
State College of Fisheries), where he was the first honor student from
elementary school to high school. He attended primary school at the
Dumangas Central Elementary School. He completed his biology bachelor's
degree at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, where he received
the Most Outstanding Graduate (1990) and Most Outstanding Student
(1989) awards. Also, he was given the President's Award of Excellence for
Distinguished Students in the year of his graduation. Peter also studied at
Peter Solis Nery the SVD Christ the King Mission Seminary in Quezon City, where he earned
an Associate in Philosophy degree in 1992–1993. He graduated from West
Negros College (now West Negros University) in 2004 with a Bachelor of
Science in Nursing from Bacolod, Negros Occidental.
