IMPORTANT NOTE:-
1. RLA is based on Indore temp. 27ºc and outdoor temp. 35ºc
2. Max. aloowable voltage variation between phase is 2%
3. Select wire size based on the larger value of MCA or TOCA
4. MFA is used to select circuit breaker and the ground fault circuit interrupter(ELCB)
SYMBOLS:-
MCA:- Min. circuit amps.
TOCA:- Total over current amps.
MFA:- Max. fused amps.
RLA:- Rated load amps.
Safety Measures:-
1) Time delay of atleast 20 seconds is required in between power switchovers. In case time delay is not possible reverse phase protection is required
2) Auto phase change over switch should be installed in main panel to automatically change the phase sequence and
to avoid tripping of outdoor units in case of power switchovers
DAIKIN VRV-X INDOOR UNITS
RECOMMONDED POWER SUPPLY IS 1PH + N , 240 VAC , 50Hz. WITH EARTHING.
PROVIDE INDEPENDENT DB PANEL FOR VRV INDOOR UNITS.
EARTH LEAKAGE CKT. BRAKER 300mA PER PHASE IS MANDATORY.
PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE DATA IS IN DESIGN CONDITIONS WITH 39 DEGREE CENTIGRADE AMBIENT
CONDITIONS & 25 DEGREE CENTIGRADE INDOOR TEMPREATURE (CONDITIONED AREA).
NOTE:- 1. Max. allowable voltage unbalance between phases is 2%
2. MCA= 1.25 x FLA
3. MFA ≤ 4 X FLA
4. Select wire size based on the MCA
5. Instead of fuse, use circuit breaker based on MFA
