In a bid to foster inclusivity and empower female students in the tech arena, the Department
of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) organized exclusive tech events tailored for
2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year girl students.
2. Debugging Challenge: The Debugging Challenge offered a unique opportunity for 2nd,
3rd, and 4th-year female students to hone their debugging skills. The competition focused on
refining problem-solving abilities and encouraging collaborative learning in a supportive
environment.
These initiatives underscore the commitment of the CSE department to create a diverse and

The Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) Department is set to host an engaging
Technical Paper Presentation event on October 7, 2023. This forum provides a platform for
students to delve into the latest advancements in electrical and electronic technologies,
fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and innovation.
Participants will unravel intricate concepts, share groundbreaking research, and explore the
forefront of electrical and electronic engineering. This event not only encourages academic
excellence but also cultivates a spirit of inquiry and discovery among our students.
4.Psychiatrist Talk - November 7, 2023
The Fruits Day Celebration hosted by the Computer Science System Engineering (CSSE) and
Computer Science Information Technology (CSIT) departments was a resounding success,
creating an atmosphere of vibrancy and wellness within our academic community.
6.Fruits Day Celebration - ECE Department
The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department hosted a delightful Fruits Day
Celebration on November 11, 2023, marking a day dedicated to promoting health, well-being,
and community engagement within the department.
The Science and Humanities (S&H) department marked a day of health-conscious celebration
with the Fruits Day event on November 16, 2023. This initiative aimed to promote well-
being, nutritional awareness, and a sense of community within the department.
11. Fruits Day Celebration - MECH Department
The Mechanical Engineering (MECH) department embraced a day of health and vitality with
the Fruits Day Celebration on November 16, 2023. This event aimed to promote a culture of
well-being, nutritional awareness, and community bonding within the department.
The institute witnessed a vibrant and culturally rich celebration as all departments joined
hands to mark the Sankranti festival on January 11-12, 2024. The event aimed to foster unity,
cultural exchange, and a sense of belonging among students and faculty, transcending
departmental boundaries.
Event Highlights:
Traditional Décor and Displays: The campus came alive with traditional Sankranti decor,
featuring colorful rangoli, vibrant attire, and displays of agricultural produce symbolizing the
spirit of the harvest festival.
Cultural Performances: Each department contributed to the cultural mosaic with enthralling
performances, including traditional dances, music, and skits that showcased the diversity of
Indian heritage. Students and faculty actively participated, adding their unique touch to the
festivities.
Collaborative Workshops: Collaborative workshops were organized, inviting experts to
share insights into traditional Sankranti customs, agricultural practices, and the significance of
the festival in various regions. These sessions facilitated cultural understanding and
appreciation.
Traditional Food Fair: A Traditional Food Fair featuring delicacies from different states
brought together the flavors of Sankranti. Students and faculty enjoyed a gastronomic
journey, savoring regional specialties and fostering a sense of culinary diversity.
Ethnic Attire Day: To add a visual spectacle, an Ethnic Attire Day encouraged everyone to
embrace the traditional clothing of their respective regions. The campus was a riot of colors
and cultural diversity, reflecting the true spirit of Sankranti.

13.Gynaecological Health Awareness Day - February 3, 2024
The institute marked a significant milestone in promoting health awareness with the
Gynaecological Health Awareness Day on February 3, 2024. This event, coupled with regular
gynaecologist visits every second Saturday, aimed to prioritize women's health and provide a
platform for open discussions on gynaecological well-being.
Introduction:
The institute celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8, 2024, with a series of
empowering and inspiring events to honor and acknowledge the contributions of women
within the academic community.
Event Highlights:
Chief Guest - S. Nagalakshmi IAS: The celebration was graced by the esteemed presence of
S. Nagalakshmi, IAS, Vizianagaram District. Her impactful keynote address focused on
women's empowerment, leadership, and the role of women in shaping a progressive society.
Interactive Panel Discussion: An interactive panel discussion brought together
accomplished women from various fields, including academia, industry, and social services.
The discussion delved into challenges faced by women and highlighted success stories,
providing a platform for knowledge exchange.
Cultural Performances: The event featured vibrant cultural performances, including dances,
music, and poetry recitations, showcasing the artistic talents of female students and faculty

institute.
