I hope this letter finds you well. I hope your life is going good.
Iam writing this letter to inform you that I had received the photos of our last
holiday trip. Thank you for sending the photos , Actually I was waiting for that.
The photos was nice.
I am sorry because I forgot to write you after our trip , Actually I was busy with
some personal work.
When I was checking our photos I was remembering the days we had spend
together. The campfire was so memorable
I want to Invite you to my home and we can stay here couple of days as I told
you we can go for boating in the lake and we can go for a trekking in the forest
which is near to my home. I Promise you it will be a wonderful experience for
you. I am expecting your reply soon then I can plan according to that .

Dear sir,
My name is John Bosco. I am writing this letter to address an issue I have
encountered with a recent purchase from your company
Approximately a week ago, on September 25 th, I purchased a brand new TV
from your store located at Sydney. The TV model name is IMAX4X and the
serial number is SLN2356KM678. The technicians came to my home and set up
the TV. After two days I found that the TV is not functioning as it should.

The specific issue I am facing is with the display and Automatic shutdowns .
In the display, there are screen flickers, grains and the picture quality is
reducing day by day making it impossible to enjoy any program or content.
I have tried troubleshooting by adjusting settings ,yet the problem is not
solved.

I immediately contacted the customer care number which is mentioned in TV


box on September 29 th . Unfortunately, I doesn’t received any follow up from
them. As a loyal Customer of your brand for several years, I admit this
experience has left me disappointed.

I kindly request you take following actions to rectify this situation. Please do
Replacement for this defective Tele-vision and assign some good technicians to
setup the TV set as early as possible.
