1. Purpose
The insecticide for anti-termite treatment used in this project is CYPER TC Insecti-
cide (cypermethrin insecticide).

CHEC will follow the content and method described in this method statement.

2. Scope of Works
 the ground soil around external Base structure position in

 How to operate the process:

 Chemical Components of Cyper TC Insecticide

 Mixing Emulsion of Cyper methrin Termiticide

 CYPER TC Insecticide Use Dilutions

4. Methodology
 Mixing Emulsion of Cypermethrin Termiticide:

Use Directions:Apply 0.25%-0.50% solution to establish subsurface termite control

barriers.

 Mix the termiticide in the following manner:

1. Fill tank 1/4 to 1/3 full with water.

2. Start pump to begin by-pass agitation and place end of treating tool in tank to

allow circulation through hose.

3. Add appropriate amount of CYPER TC Insecticide.

4. Add remaining amount of water.

5. Let pump run and allow recirculation through the hose for 2 to 3 minutes.

Application:
 The Insecticide for Anti-termite Treatment:

the insecticide for anti-termite treatment used in this project is CYPER TC

insecticide (cypermethrin insecticide).
 Anti-termite Treatment Measures:

1.Location: Ground floor.

2.Treatment: Spraying anti-termite emulsion.
3.Timing: After soil back filling and leveling is completed, the treatment shall be car-
ried out before floor tile ground or concrete slab.
4.Dosage: Apply the emulsion with 0.25% -0.50% concentration at the rate of 1 gal-
lon per 10 square feet to fill dirt. If fill is washed washed gravel or other coarse mate-
rial, apply the emulsion at the rate of 1-1/2 gallons per 10 square feet.
5.Function: Horizontal anti-termite barriers will be formed to prevent termites from in-
vading through ground from underground.
6.Illustrations: Barriers (horizontal and vertical anti-termite treatment) must be con-
tinuous underground to ensure that termites have no interspaces or loopholes to en-
ter into buildings.
7. Notes: If concrete slabs cannot be poured over soil the same day it has been
treated, a waterproof cover, such as polyethylene sheeting, should be placed over
soil. This is not necessary if foundation walls have been installed around the treated
soil.
5.Objective and Target of Safety, Health, Environment:
 The soil residue that is produced in the construction should be cleared and
shipped in time. Choose the qualified transportation unit and setup registering
management system, avoiding the event to happen which the waste is dumped
or dispersed in the midway.

 Choose the place to get soil, shipping route and time which have little influ-
ence on the environment.

 Wash the tire and carriage of vehicle when it leaves the jobsite; strictly pro-
hibit carrying the soil to pollute the city road.

 The residual material and packing cover should be reclaimed and cleared; the
waste which may be recycled should try to be recycled completely. Different
kinds of waste should be cleared and shipped in time. Don’t dump randomly.

 There is no disused sand slurry and concrete in the jobsite, Materials which
fall to the traffic road and operation ground should be cleared and shipped in
time.

 Daily living garbage should be classed and collected in order to be cleared

and shipped by the environment sanitation department in time.

 Educate the construction staff to have good sanitation habits, not to litter,
sundries, to keep the working and living environments tidy.

6.material management:
6.1 Be responsible for the management of procurement, urge, transportation,
storage mark, release and recovery concerned with materials.

6.2 The residual material and packing cover should be reclaimed and
