NEUZONE,Designing, Supply Fabrication & Installation of PVDF fabric
to be used is Serge Ferrari, France Flexilight 902S2(950 gsm) of tensile
strength 420/400 daN/5cm and 832S2(850 gsm) of tensile strength
420/420daN/5cm. Steel cables, endplates, Tensioning hardware and all
accessories . The fabric used for the tensile structure to be analyzed for its
strength requirement and behaviour in tensile engineering software Ixcube
and to be chosen after deriving through analysis. Fabric pattering is done
on Ixcube software considering fabric prestress, structure form, welding
joints and fabric elongation properties. All fabric patterns are plotted on
fabric rolls by plotter and welded on high frequency welding machine in
dust proof conditions. Fabric warranty period will be - 10 years. Colour of
fabric are white and Grey Approved Make: Serge Ferrari, France
Flexilight 902S2(white color) & 832S2(grey colour) both sides PVDF
coated PVC fabric.All Structural wire rope shall be of 10 mm dia steel
core galvanized 6/19, conforming to IS Steel Cable Manual requirement.
End plate should be hot dip galvanized. All Cables and end fitting shall be
delivered clean & dry. Swaged end fittings, Tensioning hardware (Viz.
fork terminal, turn Etc) are galvanized & painted.Approved Makes:
USHA MARTIN/DP WIRES complete as per drawing for finished item of
work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
