Day 1

It is my first day in my immersion when I got there I cleaned


table in the outside and I sweep the floor then I help in the
kitchen while I was there they teach us how to cut some vegetable
and I washed some plates and utensils and I taste some souce of
pasta and they ask my opinion about the taste and I fried chicken
and I got some friends in other school and one of my supervisor
teach us how to make leche flan and I wait customer before lunch
I meet the owner of macagang and washed drinking glass after
lunch and again we wait customer the I go home.

Day 2

Day off

Day 3

Washed the drinking glass then I wait for customers to come while
there were no customers to come while there no customers we made
us do how to weight ingredients and how to cover the untensils
with tissue

Day 4

In day 4 they thought us how to make a paty and how to flat the
paty and how to make longanisa and they thought us how to take a
order to customer and how to give them an menu

Day 5

I feel tired in day when I got there we do some cleaning and mop
the floor clean the table washed drinking glass and weight the
need ingredients and we wait customer to come.

Day 6

In day 6 when I got there we do some cleaning washed some


drinking glass I have customer to come in I greet the customer
and ask them where they want so sit and how many are they and
give them a cold water or warm water and I give them the menu and
patience waiting there order and if they ready to order I ask
them what they order and give to the stock room and ask If the
order and the ingredients are available and give to the kitchen
to cook their order and we serve it well and they are very proud
of us because we cook the food with love and serve it good

Day 7

We clean the dinner and we wash the dishes and afterwards theres
a customer came and order some food and we serve it fast and the
customer give me some tip because they like my performance in
serving food

Day 8

On day eighth same as day seven I clean the dinner and we


prepare some needs in our works like utensils and clean the
function hall that will use and arrange table and chairs to
function there needs and prepare the food so that when the
vsitors arrive the food are prepare. And we serve the customer or
visitor and after that we wash the dishes that are use in the
occasion.

Day 9

In the day 9 like the other day we cleaned and wash the drinking
glass and sweep the floor we have the customer I take the order
and give to the kitchen and I give them a cold water or warm
water and when the food is done I give to them and

Day 10

In the day is very different to other day I have different time


and it is 9 am to 6 pm but its okay because I don’t have to wake
up in early when I got to macagang dinner I say good morning to
may supervisor and other worker in macagang dinner and after that
we have a first customer arrive and I open the door and ask how
many are they and give them a menu and ask what they want to
order and give them a water and I make them a coffe and orange
juice and make them a toast bread and when na food is ready give
it to them and after a hours my other school mate is ready to
leave imake iced coffe to get rid the sleepiness and I have
another customer like I do to other customer I give them a menu
and give them a water and ask what they order and give to the
stock room and ask if the order are available and give them to
kitchen to cook and after the food is ready give to the customer
and hour passed my shift are over I say good bye to my supervisor
and got to go home

Day 11

We have a busy day so many customer have arrived and we have a


other guest to use function hall we cleaned the function hall and
arrange the table and chairs and prepare the utensils and plate
and prepare the food and I serve in the function hall and my
school mate called me because there are many customer downstairs
stand to the opening door to open the door to customer and if
customer ask some assistance or question I assist immediately I
have late lunch after that got to go back to work and assist the
other customer and when the customer I going to leave I cleaned
the table and change the top cloth and cleand the area that use
and washed dirty drinking glass and cleaned the function hall
hour passed I got to go home.

Day 12

Like the other day we have a busy day and we have a customer and
make a coffe and toast bread and make tea and give to the
customer afterwards I weight some beans and transfer to the
little plastic and give count how many are they and give to the
stock room to refregirator it and hour passed we have anoter
customer and he order a halo halo so my supervisor teach us how
to make macagang halo halo and give to the customer and I go to
the hotel loby to ask some tissue because we don’t have tissue
anymore and I restock the tissue container and I go to laundry
section to get top cloth
Day 1

We do orientation and im excited to learn and journey the PNP


iriga.

Day 2

They discussed some topic like anti bastos law and patrolling in
the highway.

Day 3

When I got there we have a flag ceremony and after that we go to


office and did some chatting and afterwards wa disscuss drugs
