Highlights and benefits of the project
✓ Short Term Project – 5 days* (30 hrs. training) to 20 days* (120 hrs. training)

- INR 1540/- per certified candidate for 30 hrs. of training
- INR 3291/- per certified candidate for 120hrs. of training

Pre-requisite for the Participation
Employers/TC –
• Registered under the company act. (PAN, GST, TINs are needed, mandatorily).
• Minimum 100 employees
• Operational for more than 3 years.
• Have infrastructure and equipment as per RPL guidelines. Training & assessment as per IT-ITeS SSC guidelines

Trainer –
• IT-ITeS SSC ToT Certified trainer in required Qualification with valid license.

Candidate –
• Target Beneficiaries – Permanent, Contractual staff engaged through contractors or subcontractors.
• Age limit – 18-59 years
• Valid Aadhaar and meeting eligibility criteria is necessary for RPL certification (As per NSQF Qualification Pack)
• Prior experience (of min. 3 months) essential in the job role for which RPL certification is sought
• Proof of employment (Offer letters/contract letters) and Salary slips of last 3 months.

Project Duration: Till 31st March 2024 (As confirmed by NSDC)

Process Flow for RPL under PMKVY 4.0
Monitoring Framework:

In pursuance of quality training and certificate


process, robust monitoring and evaluation framework
will be followed under the scheme through -

1. AEBAS for daily attendance tracking.


2. CCTV based monitoring of the training and
assessments.
3. Virtual Verification of centres.
4. Call Validation to candidates.
5. Physical Surprise visits to centres during on-going
training and assessments.
6. Assessment Monitoring (Physical/Virtual)

TC/Co. : One time affiliation fee of Rs.

Attendance • Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance


• 70% attendance is mandatory

Assessment • Third Party Assessment by respective Awarding Body/SSC

Certification • Certificate will be sent to candidate on his/her registered mobile number & e–mail id

• QR based digital certificate and physical copy of the certificate shall be provided to the candidate

Course Content • Course Content to be prepared by Project Implementing Agency and approved by Awarding Body(SSC)

Training Hours • Training Duration between 30-120 hours.

Modes of Training Classroom Training for 30-120 hours

Training Center Mandatory job role specific equipment shall be available at the training Center.
