The pressurized ink enters the spray cavity, and the spray cavity i s equipped with a
cLjstal oscillator, and the vibration makes t he ink spray out through the micropores
and then turn from the in kline into ink spots. When the ink dot is disconnected , it
ǃies through the charging electrode to charge , the charged ink dot is deǃ ected by
the high-voltage electrode plate , the amount of charge determines the size of the
deǃ ection , and the ink dot ǃies out and falls on the suDŽace of the printed object.

A character is composed of a series of ink dots , which can be full and empty or in
between; The object moves perpendicular to the direction of the ink dot deǃ ection
to form columns spaced to form characters. The uncharged ink dots fall into the
recycling tube for recycling , as shown in Figure 3 .

4. Print height
Adjusts the height of the printed font. The word is the smallest (shoDž) at "0" and
the largest (tall) word at "100" .

5. Print type
The printing type is three modes , which are standard , fast , standard is normal
printing mode , and fast is high-speed printing mode.

6. Print pattern
The printing pattern is based on the printed cont ent , to manually adjust the mode ,
the higher the height of the printed content , the less mode you can select. The
print mode can be modiǁed only if the print type is in express mode , and the print
type is in standard mode , and the print mode is selected as gray and cannot change
the status. The printing mode is modiǁable , there are a total of extreme speed 0 ,
mode 0 , 1 , 2 , double row mode , etc . , extreme speed 0 is the fastest , mode 0 is
slower than extreme speed 0 , and so on.

7. Precision
Adjust the printing accuracy and speed , the larger the value , the better the
printing eƺect , the slower the speed , on the contraLj, the worse the e ƺect , the
faster the speed.

PAGE 14
>>>

8.Atuo modulation
The modulation search is divided into automatic search and manual search , and
when searching manually, the modulation voltage can be set.

9. Modulation
Set the disconnecting voltage of the ink spot , the larger the value , the higher the
sub-point , the smaller the value , the lower the sub-point , and each inkjet printer
has been debugged when leaving the factoLj. ( It can be changed according to
the actual situation , and it needs to be handled with caution)

1 0 . Print bold
Printing bold is for all the content in the current printing docu ment bold
(horizontal bold) , there are 1 -9 , 1 is not bold , the larger the number, the greater
the e ƺect of bolding.

11. Encoder division

According to the synchronous encoder to print , 1 divide -by- 1 is 1 synchronous
pulse spray a lattice , and 10 divide -by- 10 is 10 pulses spray a dot matrix . The
width of the word can be adjusted.

12. Encoder mulitplier

The value of the encoder divider is multiplied by the value , if the encoder divider
is 5 and the multiple is 2 , then the number of pulses of the encoder divider is 10 .

13. Metering pulse

Metering pulse only works under the encoder (encoder needs to be connected) .
The larger the value set by the meter -by- meter, the greater the number of pulses
required , that is , the longer the distance traveled (the longer the number of meters) .
By adjusting his size , the meter length change (the distance between the ǁ rst and
ǁ rst columns of the two pieces of information content) can be achieved , which is
also known as meter -counting printing.

14. Detection times

The premise of the number of detections is that in the " photocell printing" state ,
it refers to the number of photocell detec tions. In cooperation with the number
of printing, it can play the e ƺect of N times detection and 1 printing.

15. Print times

The number of prints is used in conjunction with the number of detections , and
can be set to detect N prints N times.

PAGE 15
>>>

16. print delay

Printing delay refers to the time between the ǁ rst content is printed and the
second content is printed

17. Detection delay

This function enables the detection del ay when photocell printing , which is that
the photoelectric eye detects the object , staDžs the time delay, and then prints.

18.Continuous print

Printing of variables for photocell. If the test is played 5 times , the opening is the
same , and the variable content of the 5 prints is the same. The content of the
"diƺerent" printing variable will jump normally each time , and the content will
be diƺerent 5 times.

19. Edit settings

Automatically: that is , after the user sets it , the maximum editing space of a ǁle
is not used , and the useless space is automatically isolated , and the user can
achieve the maximum space utilization. Manual blanking: does not automa tically
use space.

20. Line/Column
Line: Suitable for single -line editing of long messages: the information does not
wrap after pressing the OK key

Column: Suitable for multi- row information editing: After editing the information ,
press the OK key and then move to the next row

PAGE 16

4 . 2. 2 Counter

1.Counter 1 current value

The value of Counter 1 refers to the cumulative number of printing since the staDž
of printer, and the principle of Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will
not be repeated.

2.Counter 1 upper limit

The setting of this value is limited by the bit value , and the maximum value of the
upper value is the maximum value under that bit va lue. When the counter reaches
the upper limit , it is recounted from the lower limit value 。And the principle of
Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will not be repeated.

3.Counter 1 lower limit

The setting of this value is limited by the bit value , and the minimum value of the
lower limit value is the minimum value under that bit value. When the upper limit
is reached by the serial number, the value is recounted from the lower limit value.
And the principle of Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will not be
repeated.

PAGE 17
>>>

4.Counter 1 number of digits

You can change the display to a few digits as needed 。And the principle of
Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will not be repeated.
5.Counter 1 increment step

When the value of counter 1 is changed once , the value it increases or decreases
is the size of the step value 。and the principle of Counter 2 and the counter is the
same , and it will not be repeated.
6.Counter 1 cumulative counts
The numeric value typed is reǃ ected on counter 1 and the counter. The number
of times the value of counter 1 changes the set , and the counter is changed only
once. And the principle of Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will not
be repeated.

7.Counter 1 increment/decrement
If the value is incremented , it is incremented from the lower value. If decreasing ,
decrement from the upper value. And the principle of Counter 2 and the counter
is the same , and it will not be repeated.

8 . Counter 1 pad 0

There are two types: "yes" and " no" . For example , due to the setting of the number
of digits, it may be eight digits , when "Yes" is selected , the counter 1 staDžs from
the lower limit of the printing "00 000 001 , 0 00 000 02 . . . . " . If you select No, remove
the ǁ rst seven "0" . Only " 1 ,2 ,3. . . . ." .And the principle of Counter 2 and the counter
is the same , and it will not be repeated.

9. Blank unǁleddigits

When the counter 1 is not ǁlled in with zero selection , such as 8 digits is selected ,
and when the user uses only four digits , that is , four digits are empty, the meaning
of the front empty space is that the front space: the four -digit position accounts
for the last four digits of the 8 -digit position ( 1234) , and the back : the four -digit
position accounts for the ǁ rst four digits of the 8 -digit number (1234 ) .And the
principle of Counter 2 and the counter is the same , and it will not be repeated.

10.Counter 1 alarm
AleDžs and stops printing as soon as the Counter 1 reaches a set limit , which can
be turned oƺ or on

11.Warning value
An alarm is issued as soon as the Couter 1 reaches the set value (how much earlier) .
