What it is and how to use it
This is an electrical airsoft magazine speed loader.
For this basic version it is very simple on how to use it.

Press the magazine entry down on the push down button and hold it there.

It starts the motor and it will feed the BBs into the magazine.
The motor is strong. So once the magazine is full, the magazine will be pushed off the
feeding mechanism.

To empty a mag you can press it on this, and it will shoot out.

Ammo box or equivalent

You need something to store it in. I use an old ammo box from a military surplus store.
The assembled 3D printed parts has the dimensions of
255mm Long
86.5mm Wide
167mm Tall
So you need a box that can fit that.
The metal box I use has an inner dimension of 256x87x170mm.
And the outer dimension of 280x90x180mm.

Electrical schema
I'm not a very knowledgeable person about electric stuff. So take this with a grain of salt. But
it does work.

You need to solder, so a soldering iron is a good idea.

You also need a multimeter to check the voltage.

Battery, it can run on airsoft or RC car Lipo batteries.

Either 7.4V or 11.1V.
Attach a plug that matches your battery of choice.
The DC-DC Step down module should be set to the V the motor can handle. In my case it
was 6.8V. So use the multimeter to check what you are outputting before plugging in the
motor.
You need to solder
The on-off switch
The micro switch
The Battery plug
The DC-DC step down module
Inside the motor
Altering the servo motor to go 360 in one direction.
The servo motor usually goes only between 0-180 or 0-360 degrees of motion.
And it only goes back and forth. But you can alter it so it becomes a normal DC motor, but
still as strong as the servo motor is from the beginning. In this case it is 35KG.

Step 1
Open it by unscrewing the 4 bottom screws. Be careful so the top doesn't fall off and the
gears come off.

Step 2
cut off the three wires, both incoming and the internal ones.
Step 3
Cut off the little electrical board. It is used to know the degrees of motion the motor is at. So
we don't need that anymore.

Step 4
Solder the two motor wires to the brown and red wire of the long triple wires that goes into
the motor originally.
The red dot on the motor indicates the + wire. Attach it to the other red.
The one without the red dot is the - wire. Attach it to the brown wire.
Use heat shrink wrap.
Step 5
Put it back together

You now have a strong DC motor with continuous 360 motion.

Assembly instructions
This part will show you how to put all the parts together mechanically.
First off I show you where to use threaded heat inserts, if you use that version.
Then I follow up with a step by step assembly.

And that’s it.
Thank you for downloading the files.
Please upload a make if you finish it, i would really appreciate it.

Please consider getting the upgraded version.

The only print here that is not usable in the upgrade version is the Lid.
Then there are only a few extra small prints needed for it.
The biggest part of the upgrade package is the electrical stuff and the program.
It counts the loading BBs and can be set to only load a certain amount.

The upgrade package is available at https://cults3d.com/en/users/FishyAirsoftCreations/

Tip: you can use some velcro to keep your battery in place.
