Greet the Congregation with joy and excitement:


Blessed Sunday ABCD Family! I am __________________. It is such a joy to see you all here
in the heart as God gave us another opportunity to have fellowship with one another. I
would like to welcome you here in Tacloban Bible Community.

Fellowship Time: Let us all stand up and walk around and greet one another. Give a high
five to 5 people and say welcome to church!

Encourage people to attend a Discipleship Group


(Share personal experience if possible):
Here at ABCD, it is our vision to connect people to Jesus and to train them to become
spiritual leaders. One of our ways to help people to be connected to Jesus is through our
care group called the Discipleship Group. In a Discipleship Group, we aim to grow in our
relationship with God and others.
If you do not have a discipleship group yet, I encourage you to be part of one. The
discipleship group will become your spiritual family, guiding you to walk intimately with the
Lord. As it helped me grow, it will also help you grow. You may ask the person who invited
you or approach our leaders and ushers at the back so we can connect you to our disciplers.
Here in ABCD we also value studying the word of God for everyone. To all the parents
who have your kids with you, please send your kids to attend our Sunday School classes. In
those classes they will hear and understand about the Word of God better. And at the same
time we can concentrate better on hearing the sermon here in the Function Hall.
Moreover, we want you to fully receive the message of God, so please put your
phones in silent mode so we will not be distracted.

First on our list is the

1. 12 hour prayer and Prayer walk Update


Last week was truly special as we came together as a church for our prayer walk and 12-
hour prayer from Monday to Friday. It was incredible to witness the unity and passion of
everyone who joined us in seeking God's guidance and blessings for our city, campuses, and
establishments. Thank you to all who joined; your presence, prayers, and dedication made
it an unforgettable and amazing experience.
Thank you for your unwavering commitment to God and to our church.
Let's continue to believe in the amazing things that are yet to come as we stand together in
faith. To God be all the glory.

2. Mid-year Prayer and Fasting


In connection with our prayer activity, we will have mid-year prayer and fasting here at our
church next month on July 1–5, Monday–Friday, at 6 p.m. here in this function hall.
Our main verse for mid-year prayer and fasting is in,
1 Corinthians 15:10a: "But by the grace of God, I am what I am."

Let's come together as a community, with hearts open and spirits aligned, as we embark on
this journey of prayer and fasting. May this time strengthen our faith, deepen our
connections, and bring us closer to God.

3. Discipler`s Gathering.
I`m glad to announce that we will have Discipler’s Gathering on June 18, Tuesday. It will
start at 6:30 p.m. here in this function hall. We are inviting our discipler`s and potential
leaders to come and attend our discipler’s gathering. We cannot give what we don’t have,
so let’s continue to aim for growth in every aspect of our lives for the people God has
entrusted to us.

4. ABCD SUMMER YOUTH CAMP 2024
Calling all adventurous and faith-filled youth! Are you ready for an unforgettable adventure
filled with faith, fun, and friendship? Then mark your calendars because we're excited to
announce our upcoming Youth Camp!

This year's theme, "Remain in Christ," will guide us on a journey of strengthening our faith
and connection with God. The camp will be held at Mount Zion Tabernacle located in Sitio
Mat-i, Malitbogay, Javier, Leyte from July 31st to August 3rd.

To secure your spot, pre-register for only ₱100 (non-refundable). The full registration fee is
₱700 and covers meals, accommodation, and exciting activities throughout the camp.

young leaders!

5. ABCD Equipment Fund raising


Join us in giving our best worship to God as we invest for a new mixer and projector.

We are embarking on a fundraising campaign to acquire a new church mixer and projector,
essential tools that will elevate our worship and communication efforts.
Our current equipment has served us faithfully, but as we continue to grow, it's time for an
upgrade. Old and fully depreciated they are, our mixer and projector have been
experiencing technical issues that sometime disturb us during our Worship Services.

A new mixer will enhance the sound quality during our services, ensuring that every word
and note is heard with clarity. Additionally, a modern projector will enable us to share
inspiring visuals, messages, and teachings more effectively, both within our church walls
and during community events.

Join us in giving worship to God as we give for our new mixer and projector. Kindly indicate
in our direct giving for mixer and projector in our God's share envelope and put in into Gods
share box, so we can clearly account all giving for our equipment`s.
Let us altogether invest and worship God with our best!

6. TITHES AND OFFERING
In this tight times, giving has been one of the challenging things to do. But once we
realize the overflowing love and blessings we have in Christ Jesus, giving becomes a
privilege. The tight becomes tithes, out of our gratefulness to God for all His provision. Let
us take part in doing this act of giving our tithes and offerings to Him by dropping it off at
the God’s Share Box at the back or doing bank transaction to the bank account we see on
the screen or by visiting our Admin/Finance Office. Let’s be excited to see how far this
sharing of blessing will go. We just don’t know how our giving will impact someone
someday.
