Purpose: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SoW) is to outline the scope and
deliverables for the installation of supply chain management software and equipment
by the selected vendor, ensuring effective implementation for Plant Pals Operations and
Training plan.

Scope / Major Project Activities:


● Configure inventory and fulfillment tracking software for the Office Green team.
● Audit existing Office Green software and develop optimizations to enhance efficiency
and accuracy.
Out-of-scope activities:
● Training other employees not directly involved in the setup process.

Equipment Installation:

● Install fulfillment equipment in Office Green’s warehouses to support efficient order


processing and inventory management.

Documentation:

● Develop comprehensive training manuals and a maintenance guide for the software and
equipment to ensure operational continuity and user proficiency.

Training and Explanation:

● Conduct a meeting with the Training Manager and HR Specialist to explain the training
manuals, demonstrate software functionalities, and address any questions or concerns.

Deliverables:
● Fully configured and optimized inventory and fulfillment tracking software for Office
Green.
● Successfully installed software on all specified Office Green devices, ensuring
compatibility and functionality.
● Completed installation of fulfillment equipment in designated warehouses to support
operational needs.
● Comprehensive training manuals and maintenance guide that provide clear instructions
for software use and equipment upkeep.
