Environmental Policy
1. Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture, workforce
empowerment and individual HSE responsibility through the visible
commitment of managers and active participation of all employees;
2. Adopt suitable for selection and assessment of employees to ensure that they are
capable, competent and have a positive attitude towards HSE;
3. Provide employees with regular job related training, appropriate equipment and the
responsibility to perform their duties in a safe working environment;
4. Complying with applicable health, safety and environmental laws and
regulations;
5. Adopt a systematic approach to the identification, assessment and management of
workplace hazards and to eliminate or control HSE risk in order to prevent accidents;
6. Encourage effective communication at all levels, keeping employees appropriately
informed of all HSE measures in place to protect them;
7. Promote environmental awareness in all activities, particularly concerning the discharge
of waste and the use of harmful substance;
8. Monitor the effectiveness of our efforts by regular inspections, reviews and audits, and
ensure the continual improvement of HSE performance via innovation or correction
action.

KEBIJAKAN
KESELAMATAN, KESEHATAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN

Tidak ada aktivitas di PT. Stanley Citra Mandiri yang lebih penting untuk memastikan bahwa
langkah-langkah praktis dan efektif di tempat kerja untuk melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan
kerja karyawan serta lingkungan. Dalam melaksanakan kebijakan ini, tidak hanya sesuai dengan
peraturan yang relevan tetapi juga mendorong inisiatif lainnya untuk melindungi keselamatan dan
kesehatan kerja serta lingkungan.

PT. Stanley Citra Mandiri menerapkan komitmennya dalam kebijakan perusahaan:

1. Berusaha untuk menghindari gangguan kesehatan, atau cidera pada tenaga kerja dan
sebagainya atau menghindari kerugian/kerusakan pada asset selama operasi.
2. Mengakui pentingnya komitment dan keterlibatan senior manajemen dan tanggung jawab
setiap karyawan dalam mengaplikasikan kebijakan ini. Manager, supervisor dan karyawan
pada semua tingkatan mampu melaksanakan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta
lingkungan.
3. Memahami bahwa pada prinsipnya semua kecelakaan dapat dicegah dan secara aktif
mempromosikan, segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan aktifitasnya, standard yang
tinggi dari performa dan kesadaran keselamatan
4. Melakukan tindakan yang sesuai untuk meminimalkan pengaruh operasi pada lingkungan.
5. Wajib melakukan “STOP work” bilamana mengetahui tindakan dan kondisi tidak aman
6. Memenuhi perundangan dan peraturan tentang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan
lindungan lingkungan serta kesesuaian perundangan dan peraturan lainnya yang harus
dipenuhi PSM.
7. Mempertahankan sistem yang efektif untuk memonitoring dan meninjautentang
kesehatantan, keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan.
8. Memberikan sistem komunikasi efektif yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan.
9. Memberikan pendidikan untuk mencegah masalah kesehatan, kecelakaan dengan
memberikan rasa tanggung jawab personel tentang kesehatan, keselamatan serta
kepedulian kebersihan.
10. Memberikan pelatihan dan pelatihan penyegaran bilamana diperlukan, termasuk
pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan seseorang dalam operasional dan aktifitas
pada semua tingkatan.

HSE POLICY
No activity in Stanley Citra Mandiri is more important than ensuring that practical and effective measures are
in place to protect the health and safety of our employees, and contractors. In implementing this policy, not
only complies with relevant legislation but also encourages other initiatives for protecting the health, safety
and minimizing the adverse impact on the environment pollution throughout our operations.

To achieve this, PSM specific objectives are to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all employees
and to maintain the highest safety standard in relation to systems of work and equipment operations.
Furthermore, through training, supervision and provision of information, the Company is committed to
ensuring a safe place of work for both PSM employees and others who come into contact with them.

PT. Stanley Citra Mandiri through its commitment to this Policy:

1. Attempt to avoid harm to health, or injury to employees and others, or damage to property from its
operations.
2. Accept the importance of the involvement and commitment of senior management and responsibility
of each and every employee, in the application of this policy. Managers, supervisors and employees at
all levels are held accountable for their health, safety and environmental performance.
3. Acknowledges the principle that all accidents can be prevented and actively promotes, among all those
associated with its activities, the highest standard of safety awareness and performance.
4. Applies appropriate measures to minimize any adverse effects of its operations on the environment.
5. Exercises Stop Work Obligation to interrupt unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
6. Comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations and with other
requirements to which PSM subscribes
7. Maintains an effective system for monitoring and reviewing health, safety and environmental
performance.
8. Provides an effective system of communication on safety related matters
9. Provides safety education designed to prevent ill health and accidents by bringing about acceptance of
personal responsibility by everybody for health, safety and hygiene awareness.
10. Provides appropriate training and retraining where necessary, in the knowledge and skill required for
each individual operation and activity at all levels.
