I. COURSE INFORMATION

Course Code: GE 009

Course Title: ETHICS

Course Description:

This course is an introduction to the philosophical study of morality, including the theory of right and wrong behavior, the theory of value
(goodness and badness), and the theory of virtue and vice. Besides providing familiarity with the primary questions addressed within moral
philosophy and the most influential answers given by well-known philosophers. This course is designed to help students develop their
abilities to read, explicate, analyze, and evaluate philosophical literature, write and express themselves well about their own ethical positions,
and think critically and analytically about ethical issues.

Pre-requisite: None Credit: 3 units Lecture Hours: 54 hours

1. Attend the class on-time and never be late. If absent, make sure to present an excuse letter signed by your parents or guardian, and
provide proofs such as medical certification or any other documents for validity.
Note: 10 Absences will automatically drop.
3 Late/ tardiness will equivalent to one (1) absent.
2. Always wear your proper/ prescribed uniform upon entering the school.

3. Boys are not allowed to wear earrings, while girls permitted to wear one pair of earrings only. Observe proper hygiene and cleanliness inside the
classroom (CLEAN AS YOU GO).
4. Using phones or any electronic devices is not authorized to use inside the classroom, unless the teacher has given you permission to use.
5. Submit all requirements on or before the deadline. BE ON TIME! DEADLINE IS DEADLINE, THERE IS NO EXTENSION.
6. Attendance is a must during our class. On-line and face to face classes.
7. Any forms of cheating are strictly prohibited.
8. Failure to report your task during the schedule day will be automatically ZERO.
9. Special exam is only available within seven (7) days after the scheduled exam. Make sure to have a valid reasons, listed on the memo order at
VPAA.
10. Send messages that are academically related, non-sense and out of boundaries topics are prohibited.
11. Upon submission of FINAL GRADE, PASSED or FAILED will reflect on the records.
12. If you FAILED my subject, assess yourself and try to evaluate. If you failed that’s the result of your incompetent and laziness, be in mind, I’m just
encoding your scores.
13. PRAY and PERSEVERE for SUCCESS. Be polite and God loving.
14. Do not rely to others. Use your own intellect,you have your own brain!
