Differences
MS Publisher tools are more Text friendly being closer in the way they operate to MS Word
rather than Flash CS 3.
The reason for using different software is because the focus of Flash CS 3 is on creating and
manipulating different shapes, while MS Publisher allows for considerable text manipulation
along with the use of graphics.
