I. Introduction
In the context of increasingly developing sports and the increasing need to
improve individual skills, Grind Basketball Machine was born as a breakthrough
and effective training solution for basketball players at all levels. With advanced
technology and smart design, Grind Basketball Machine not only helps players
improve their shooting ability but also optimizes the training process by
automatically returning the ball and adjusting the shooting angle.
Grind Basketball Machine brings an unprecedented training experience, helping
players focus completely on improving their skills without having to worry about
recovering the ball after each shot. This device is suitable for everyone from
professional athletes, sports academies, basketball clubs to individuals who love
this sport. In addition, Grind Basketball Machine also provides performance
tracking and evaluation features, helping users easily track progress and set specific
goals.
With the goal of not only improving individual skills but also promoting the
basketball training movement, the Grind Basketball Machine project promises to
become an indispensable tool in training and developing sports talents. We believe
that, with the combination of modern technology and convenience in use, Grind

good products and reasonable prices, and the highest service quality.
- Get profit from selling grind basketball machines with the products related to
basketball sport (basketball, athletic streetwear, and equipment such as hoops, nets,
and training aids)
- Develop a user-friendly website for online sales, including features like product
browsing, secure payment options, and order tracking.
- Optimizing investment costs to be the most effective, economically.
- Having good quality staff and colleagues.
1.2 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
1.3. Project Scope for a Basketball Shooting Machine

- To develop an enhanced version of the GRIND basketball shooting machine that

IV. Conclusion
