4. PROTECTION OF PIPING, MATERIALS & STRUCTURES
No building sewer or other drainage pipings or part thereof, constructed
of materials other than that approved for use under or within the
building, shall be installed under or within 0.6m of any building or
structure, nor less than 0.3m below the finish ground surface.
