Students applying for Internship
1. The student must register for the semester.
2. Only academic attendance relaxation during the internship period will be
considered. (DCPD classes/ summer term/ winter term/ semester repeat
exemption needs to be taken separately)
3. In case, MSTs are missed, proportionate marks may be applicable. (Subject to
approval)
4. All Internal assessments including assignments, quizzes, project, lab
worksheets, to be submitted by the students. (Please discuss with your
department about the submission of the same)
5. For Continuing internship (from previous semester to next semester) in same
organization (if the student has prior approval) student needs to fill out the
Internship Extension form, attach all the relevant documents and submit to
CRC for extension.
6. End-Semester Examinations to be given by the students (in case, Internship
Code is not applicable to/ part of their course curriculum scheme)
7. In case, he/she drops/leaves/completes the internship in between the
semester, then the student has to report back, take necessary approvals, get
NOC cancelled and attend the classes as per the policy.
8. The TPP registered students will not be allowed for in-campus placement
drives during their internship period.
9. Students must stay connected with department mentors, HODs and other
related persons for continuous updates.
10.The student has apply on CUIMS for Internship NOC by uploading duly signed
document (Internship Application Form) and get the same approved Online on
CUIMS.
11.The student is solely responsible for fulfillment of academic requirements, in
case of backlogs.

according to the prescribed form and content.

5. That I will return all the reading books, material issued to me by the University before
proceeding to Training.
6. That I shall abide by the rules and regulations issued from time to time by the University
during the training.
7. That I will appear in the End Semester Evaluation of the University on the specified dates
intimate by the Department.

name of the University and abide by the code of conduct of the University, the Company, the
industry and any other relevant rules and regulations at all times during the course of
training/Internship.

the terms and conditions of the contract for industrial training.

a. The University reserves the right to withhold the degree OR cancellation of the
semester, for the non-fulfillment of above mentioned conditions.
b. In any case, if the student drops his Internship/Training, he/she will report back to his
respective Department.
