Activity flow

Designer – Query the vehicle no or part/aggregate number and create request


header and submit to lifecycle. All ERC designers are having access to create
test request

Project Managers - Claim request, review and approve or reject

PAT head - Claim request, review and approve or reject

PAT Group Heads – Claim request, review and assign analysts.

Testing Engineer( Analysts) - Claim request, create test plan, create FIR
document and attaches soft copy of FIR to the document
