Payment Terms
Payment Would be Divided into Two Parts

Terms And Conditions

● Terms and Conditions (Please read these carefully before going ahead) Fee is

exclusive of all applicable taxes.

● Removing any service from the scope of work won't reduce the service cost.

● A maximum of 2 iterations in design will be provided.

● Maximum 3 Changelogs Will be provided post-iteration finalization.

● This quotation is valid for a period of 4 calendar days from the date of sending

by the company.

● The cost of the Domain and Subscription will be included in the above cost.

● Any task outside the scope of work will be chargeable.

● The cost of any stock images, vectors, graphics, content writing from third-

party sources, or any kind of app purchases as required would be extra and

borne by the client. The client would be intimidated by the said.

● This quotation does not include the fee for the purchase of outside software

and copyright work; such work will be billed and charged to the client. All fees,

once paid, are non-refundable.

● All Text Content, Images, and Illustrations will be provided by the client.

● The company will not be held liable if the delay in the delivery of the project is

due to the non-availability of the content that is to be provided by the client.

● Changes and additions to the quotations outside the scope of the project will

be charged and invoiced to the client.
