Subject: Proposal for Replacement Projectors and Canva & Remini Software Subscriptions

Objective:
We appreciate the opportunity to address the equipment needs arising from the recent Symposium in
Ramadhan Celebration and to enhance our design capabilities for TALIAPAS First School paper layouts
and designs. This proposal outlines the acquisition of replacement projectors and subscriptions to
Canva and Remini software to fulfill these requirements effectively.

In light of the damage incurred during the Symposium in Ramadhan Celebration, it is imperative to
replace the affected projector promptly to restore our ability to conduct presentations and events
seamlessly. Additionally, installing one additional projector in the AVR will enhance our capacity to
host multiple concurrent events and meetings, thereby optimizing resource utilization and enhancing
productivity.

To support the layout and design requirements for TALIAPAS First School paper layouts and designs,
subscriptions to Canva and Remini software offer comprehensive tools and features for creating
visually appealing content efficiently and effectively.
