INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR SQL SERVER AND SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO

1) Download SQL Server 2019 using the link below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads?rtc=1

2) Scroll a little down the page and Click on the Download Now button for the Express Edition

3) Click on the downloaded SQL server .exe file SQL2019-SSEI-Expr.exe and follow the installation guide
to complete SQL Server 2019 installation.

4) Download SQL Management Studio installation file, used to manage the SQL database using the link:

https://aka.ms/ssmsfullsetup

5) Click on the downloaded .exe file and follow the installation instructions.

6) While installing the management studio, select the SQL Server installed in step 3 above and complete
the SQL Management studio installation following the installation instructions.
