The total expense ratio for the hypothetical portfolio is the weighted average expense ratio.
The weighted average expense ratio is based on the proportional size of each fund's
position in the sample, aggregated with all funds in the sample. The net expense ratio is
used for funds with fee waivers.1

Dollar Amount is for illustration purposes only. It is not representative of any investor's
account or portfolio and should not be relied upon as an investment recommendation.

Number of shares is calculated by dividing the Dollar Amount by the ETF's previous closing
price.

Credit quality ratings of the underlying securities within the fixed income fund(s) in the
sample model are received from S&P, Moody's and Fitch and converted to the equivalent
S&P major rating category. This breakdown is provided by BlackRock and takes the median
rating of the three agencies when all three agencies rate a security the lower of the two
ratings if only two agencies rate a security and one rating if that is all that is provided.
Unrated securities do not necessarily indicate low quality. Below investment-grade is
represented by a rating of BB and below. Ratings and portfolio credit quality may change
over time.

Some funds have contractual fee waivers in effect that reduce the expense ratio. A list of

Core Builder provides a sample of hypothetical model fund portfolios, based on varying
degrees of market risk. The hypothetical model fund portfolios are for illustrative purposes
only, are provided as an educational tool, and are not, and should not be relied upon as, an
investment recommendation or as the primary basis for any investment decisions.
Holdings and allocations are subject to change. The hypothetical portfolios are not tailored
to the investment objectives or needs of you or any other investor. Prior to investing in any
of the funds shown in any model portfolio, you should (i) consult with your financial advisor
to determine whether the specific funds are appropriate for you and, if so, how your
investment plan should be implemented, and (ii) consult with your tax advisor before taking
any action that may have tax consequences.

Carefully consider the Funds' investment objectives, risk factors, and charges and
expenses before investing. This and other information can be found in the Funds'
prospectuses or, if available, the summary prospectuses, which may be obtained by
visiting the iShares Fund and BlackRock Fund prospectus pages. Read the prospectus
carefully before investing.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

The factors upon which the hypothetical models are based, the asset allocation mix and the
hypothetical model fund portfolios may change at any time, and BlackRock will not notify
you when such changes are made.

Following an asset allocation model to achieve diversification may not protect against
market risk or loss of principal. There can be no assurance that any Core Builder investment
strategy will be successful. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

International investing involves risks, including risks related to foreign currency, limited
liquidity, less government regulation and the possibility of substantial volatility due to
adverse political, economic or other developments. These risks often are heightened for
investments in emerging/ developing markets or in concentrations of single countries.

Fixed income risks include interest-rate and credit risk. Typically, when interest rates rise,
there is a corresponding decline in bond values. Credit risk refers to the possibility that the
bond issuer will not be able to make principal and interest payments.

Transactions in shares of ETFs may result in brokerage commissions and will generate tax
consequences. All regulated investment companies are obliged to distribute portfolio gains
to shareholders.
