DAY 1 : OVERNIGHT JOURNEY FROM DELHI
TO MANALI

Reach the pickup point, meet and greet your co-travellers.

Enjoy your overnight journey and we will take a halt for
dinner (self paid).
Note: No meal included.
DAY 2 : ARRIVAL MANALI AND LOCAL
SIGHTSEEN VISIT | OVERNIGHT STAY

Reach Manali, Check-Into the hotel and freshen-up.

Later get ready for the Manali Sightseeing of Mall Road,
Hadimba Temple, Hot water spring, Club house, Tibetan
Monastery and Old Manali Cafes.
Refresh yourself while strolling amidst the mountains
while mystifying your sense with those pleasing sceneries!
In the evening, return to the Hotel. Get ready for some
chit- chat sessions with your new friends and have dinner.
Overnight stay in Manali Hotel.

DAY 3 : MANALI - SISSU - SOLANG
WITNESS SNOW POINTS

Wake up, have your breakfast and get ready for an

adventurous day.
In the evening enjoy a bonfire will Light up the moments.
Today we will take you to Snow point: Atal Tunnel (if open),
Sissu, Solang Valley (self paid activities).
The road to the snow point is simply breathtaking, as
the majestic mountains greet you.
After an adventurous day, later proceed to Manali Hotel
and enjoy bonfire, dinner and music night.
Meal Included: Breakfast and dinner.
DAY 4 : MANALI - KULLU - KASOL SIGHTSEEN

After a hearty breakfast, checkout from Manali Hotel and

proceed to Kasol via Kullu Valley.
At kullu valley, you can enjoy adventure / water activities
(like paragliding, Hot air balloon, river rafting | Self paid).
At evening, reach kasol market where you can try and enjoy
different cuisines at Israeli cafes around.
Later back to kasol campsite for dinner and overnight
stay. Enjoy music with bonfire at campsite.
Meal Included: Breakfast at Manali and Dinner at Kasol.
DAY 5 : KASOL - MANIKARAN SAHIB
GURUDWARA | DEPARTURE TO DELHI

Wakeup, have breakfast and check out from Camps.

You can explore an easy Trek to Chalal 15-20min
(depends on you).
Later you will proceed to Delhi via visiting Manikaran
Sahib Gurudwara on your way.
Enjoy overnight journey to Delhi with lifetime memories.
Meal Included: Breakfast at kasol.
DAY 6 : REACH DELHI BY MORNING WITH
EVERLASTING TRIP MEMORIES

Reach Delhi with a lot of memories by morning.

Hold those memories strongly because you can’t go
back to that same trip experiencing the impulses of life
at the same time!
NOTE: WILL REACH DELHI AROUND 6-8AM.

One may consider their booking as done, only after
submission of application carrying their consent along with
the registration fee.
Our itinerary consists places of high altitude, thus may very
as per the weather conditions.
Accommodating capacities of the accommodations will
be subject to the size of the rooms and their availability,
also air conditioned rooms are not added in the itinerary
due to presence of hilly regions in the package.
Please note that AC packages consists of AC trains only (to
& from), accommodations and road transfers won't be
served with AC, other than what is mentioned in the
package.
Don't forget to carry your identity cards while travelling by
the train, as Railway tickets are non-transferable and could
be used by you only.
This tour consists of locations and areas where nature is
still rawand is important to conserve them, which everyone
have to keep in mind and avoid any littering activity.
The organizers might modify, amend or delay the schedule
and sites of the itinerary, looking at the safety of the guests
according to the weather conditions of the moment.
Travel Insurance in not included in the package.
The organizer/camp in-charge are well -trained and
experienced personnel, thus carry rights for seating and
other arrangements during the transfer.
Any kind of misbehavior won't be entertained, which can
lead to detention of the candidate.

all the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.

PARTICIPANTS AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK;

I understand that traveling/staying with Triphackers Tour & Travels may involve risks above and beyond those
encountered on a more conventional holiday. I acknowledge that I am undertaking an adventure trip with inherent
dangers. I understand that I am traveling to geographical areas where, amongst other things, the standard of
accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications, and infrastructure
development may not be of the standard that I am used to at home or would find on a conventional holiday.
I confirm that I do not have any pre-existing medical conditions and that I am physically fit to undertake this trip. I
accept these risks, obligations, and responsibility for any risks involved and shall not hold Triphackers Tour & Travels
liable for any kind of outcome during the trip, including death.
I understand that during my trip, there may be opportunities to undertake activities that do not form part of the
itinerary. I understand that Triphackers Tour & Travels makes no representations about the safety of the adventure
activities or the standard of the independent operator running them. I also understand that Triphackers Tour & Travels
is in no way responsible for my safety if I choose to participate in optional activities. With full knowledge of the above, I
acknowledge and accept all associated risks and agree not to hold Triphackers Tour & Travels liable for any outcome,
including death.
Triphackers Tour & Travels is not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors, including
instructional concessionaires, art or other auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third party providing
services. Their services and products are charged as extras. Triphackers Tour & Travels is not responsible for any acts
or omissions of such persons in providing goods or services to the client.
Triphackers Tour & Travels and the Carrier are not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors,
including doctors, medical personnel, hairdressers, internet/I.T. personnel, instructional concessionaires, art or other
auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third party providing services. Neither Triphackers Tour & Travels nor
the Carrier owns or controls any such independent contractors, makes no representation of any kind as to their
performance and does not undertake to supervise their activities. Any Guest using such services or activities shall be
deemed to agree and consent that any liability for any death or personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental
suffering or psychological injury to the guest or loss or damage to property shall be the sole responsibility of the
provider of such service or activity. Neither Triphackers Tour & Travels nor the Carrier shall be or become liable or
responsible in any way for any act or omission of any such provider pertaining to, or arising from or in connection with
such services or activities.
Triphackers Tour & Travels shall not be liable in any way to the client for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or
other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for Triphackers
Tour & Travels failure to commence, perform and/or complete any duty owed to the client if such death, delay, bodily
injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage, or other loss or detriment to person or property is
caused by Act of Nature, war or warlike operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil
commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, however and wherever any of the
same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause
whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Triphackers Tour & Travels, the consequences of which could not have
been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event which Triphackers Tour & Travels or the supplier of
the service, even with all due care, could not foresee. The client acknowledges he or she will be visiting places where
the political, cultural, and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges greater
than those present in his or her daily life.
By booking travel with Triphackers Tour & Travels, the Client acknowledges they have considered the potential risks,
dangers, and challenges and expressly assume the risks attendant to such travel conditions. The client is solely
responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws in effect at
each stop along the itinerary. It is also important to note that Triphackers Tour & Travels reserves the right to make
changes to the itinerary or accommodations if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather
conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest.
Unwelcome actions such as the following are inappropriate and, depending on the circumstances, may in and of
themselves meet the definition of sexual harassment: The Victim can be of the same sex as the harasser. The violation
of any of the above clauses will result in the termination of the trip of the offender with no refunds, and an FIR will be
lodged against the offender. At all times, the decision of Triphackers Tour & Travels or representative will be final on all
matters likely to endanger the safety and well-being of the tour. By booking with Triphackers Tour & Travels, the client
agrees to abide by the authority of the tour leader/captain or Triphackers Tour & Travels representative. The client
must at all times strictly comply with laws, customs, and drug regulations of the country or state. If the client is
affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect other people's enjoyment of the tour, the client must
advise Triphackers Tour & Travels at the time of booking. If the client fails to comply with the above or commit any
illegal act when on the tour or, if in the opinion of the tour leader, the client's behavior is causing or is likely to cause
danger, distress, or annoyance to others, Triphackers Tour & Travels may terminate that client’s travel arrangements
without any liability on Triphackers Tour & Travels part, and the client will not be entitled to any refund for unused or
missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements.
The Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that they are participating in the Trip voluntarily and at their own
risk. The Participants further acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this Bond, and that they are
waiving any and all claims against the Company arising from or in connection with their participation in the Trip. This
Bond shall be binding upon the participants and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
