HEAT EXCHANGER OF REQUIRED CAPACITY AND ALL RELATED ACCESSORIES NEEDED ON PRIMARY SIDE SHALL BE 1. FCU's SHALL BE COMPLETED WITH 2-WAY MOTORISED CONTROL VALVES UNLESS OTHERWISE MENTIONED.
OF CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF WORK. 2. FCU's SELECTION SHALL BE AT MEDIUM SPEED.
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ISSUED BY DISTRICT COOLING SUPPLIER 3. ALL FCU's SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE ALARM SYSTEM TO SHUT DOWN IN CASE OF FIRE.

2. THE INDICATED HEAT EXCHANGERS ARE INCLUSIVE OF 20% SPARE CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION. 7. ESP AND POWER RATING ARE INDICATIVE ONLY. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DETAIL STATIC CALCULATION
3. ALL PHE SHALL HAVE A PRESSURE DROP OF NOT MORE THAN 0.5 BAR. AND EQUIPMENT SELECTION FOR POWER REQUIREMENT.
4. PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER UNITS SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR 16 BAR WORKING PRESSURE AND 23 BAR TEST
PRESSURE. 8. STANDBY EQUIPMENT TO BE SCHEDULED FOR 12HR CHANGE-OVER.
5. THE CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE OF WORKS SHALL INCLUDE THE INTERFACING OF ALL MONITORING FEEDBACK
FROM THE PRIMARY HEAT EXCHANGER SIDE TO THAT OF THE BMS SYSTEM. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE
THAT THE SELECTED PROTOCOLS FOR EACH SYSTEM SHALL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER. PAHU:
CHILLED WATER PUMPS: 1. FRESH AIR AHU SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH PICB VALVE.
2. PAHU'S SHALL BE CONNECTED TO ELECTRICAL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM TO SHUTDOWN IN CASE OF FIRE.
ALL PUMPS SHALL PROVIDED WITH VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE, FLOW METERS, PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL SENSORS AND
ALL ACCESSORIES NEEDED TO SENSE THE VARIABLE PARAMETERS IN THE SYSTEM AND RESPOND ACCORDINLY AND 3. TREATED PAHU USED TO SUPPLY CONDITIONED AIR TO ALL FCU'S INSIDE THE BUILDING AND TO EXHAUST AIR FROM THE TOILET
SHALL BE LOCATED AND CALLIBRATED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATION. AREAS AND A/C SPACES INSIDE THE BUILDING.
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHASLL CALIBRATE THE VARIABLE SPEED PUMPS TO WORK AT PARTIAL LOADS AND DIFFERENT 4. FRESH AIR PATHWAY SECTION:
CHILLED WATER FLOW RATES TO 15% TO 10%.
2. PUMPS AND ALL RELATED COMPONENTS SHALL BE DESIGNED CONSIDERING THE SYSTEM STANDING PRESSURE. - SAND TRAP LOUVER AS A STANDARD ACCESSORY.
3. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PUMP HEAD CALCULATIONS BASED ON SELECTED EQUIPMENTS AND PIPING - PRE-WASHABLE AND PRELIMINARY BAS FILTER SECTION AT THE INLET OF OUTSIDE FRESH AIR
CONNECTIONS FOR ENGINEER'S APPROVAL BEFORE ORDERING THE PUMPS. THE REQUIRED PUMP AND MOTOR KW COMPLETE WITH MOTORIZED VOLUME CONTROL DAMPER.
DRIVE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST. - DRAW THROUGH FAN SECTION WITH CAPACITY AS INDICATED IN THE SCHEDULE ABOVE.
4. ALL THE PUMPS SHALL BE SUITABLE TO OPERATE ON THE ACTUAL WORKING PRESSURES. - COOLING COIL SECTION WITH CAPACITY AS INDICATED IN THE SECTION ABOVE.
5. ALL THE PUMPS SHALL BE SELECTED TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL CAPACITY OF 20% FOR FUTURE EXPANSION. - MOISTURE (DRIFT) ELIMINATOR AFTER COOLING COIL EXIT.
6. THE PUMP EFFICIENCY SHALL BE AROUND 85% WITH ELECTRICAL MOTOR EFFICIENCY NOT LESS THAN 95%.
7. MINIMUM VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE EFFICIENCY SHALL BE BETWEEN (97% @ 1450 RPM - 87% @ 300 RPM). 5. EXHAUST AIR PATHWAY SECTION:
8. THE PUMP MOTOR SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CHOOSE FOR VARIABLE SPEED OPERATION RANGE OF 15 TO 50 Hz
(300 TO 1500 RPM). - SYNTHETIC FLAT FILTER SECTION AT THE INLET OF THE EXHAUST AIR.
9. CHILLED WATER PUMPS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ON ANTI VIBRATION SPRING ISOLATOR C/W INERTIA BASE & - VARIABLE SPEED DRAW THROUGH EXHAUST FAN FOR EXHAUST AIR FROM TOILETS AND A.C SPACES INSIDE THE BUILDING CLIENT:
FLOATING FLOOR. COMPLETE WITH VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE.
- ROTARY HEAT EXCHANGER TO WORK AS FOLLOWING:
TRANSFER INDIRECTLY THE COOLING ENERGY CARRIED BY COOLING AIR STREAM FROM THE SPACES OF THE
OUTSIDE FRESH AIR STREAM AT HIGH SEPARATION LEVEL BETWEEN TWO STREAMS OF NOT LESS THAN 99%.
- HEAT EXCHANGER EFFICIENCY NOT LESS THAN 65 % & RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF EXHAUST AROUND 45%.

6. EXTERNAL STATISTIC PRESSURE IS TO BE VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR AS PER FINAL APPROVED SHOP DRAWINGS.
7. THE FANS SHALL BE UTILIZED BY VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE WITH MOTORIZED DAMPERS ON THE BRANCHES TO CONTROL ITS
SPEED BASED ON REQUIRED DEMAND VIA PRESSURE SENSORS LOCATED IN THE DUCTWORK.
