Step by step on how to load Coinbase wallet.

1.client settings
client should login to his coinbase wallet app, go to "settings", then click on
"Network". Once he has clicked "network" next he should click "testnet" then
proceed to click the + symbol on the upper right hand side.Once it opens he should
click on the following and fill up accordingly.
