In the beginning, family members worked for this company. The late Mr.
Ernesto Guerra, the proprietor of GUERRA MOTORS, left behind a legacy that
was carried on by his children, who eventually turned the business into a BMW
car painting and welding shop. The BMW Car Painting and Welding Shop was
founded in 2004 and obtained full registration in 2014.
Overall, BMW Car Painting and Welding Shop is dedicated to quality and has
been patiently adjusting to industry changes while maintaining its high standards
of customer service. The company is well-positioned to prosper in the
competitive automobile servicing industry with continued focus and strategic
improvements.

Conclusion
This study found that the business, which has been operating for nearly 20
years, is currently stable. They utilize both old and new strategies to operate. In
particular, their promotion strategy has shown significant improvement,
leveraging tools like Facebook and utilizing tarps displayed in front of the
business. While the business is doing well overall, there's a need to improve in
this area. It's important to make the most of their strengths and the equipment
they have, both old and new, to stay ahead of the competition and make more
money. Although they have loyal customers, they could grow even more by
focusing on marketing and expanding their reach. To do this effectively, they
need stronger management operations. By addressing these areas, the business
can continue to thrive and grow in the long term.
Recommendation
BMW Car Painting and Welding Shop does not currently have a defined
Mission, Vision, and Goal, which are essential for inspiring customers and
establishing the company's image in the market. To enhance its competitive
advantage in the industry, it is recommended that BMW Car Painting and
Welding Shop develop its Mission, Vision, and Goals. These strategic elements
will serve as guiding principles for the business, aligning every action and
decision with its long-term objectives. By establishing clear objectives, BMW Car
Painting and Welding Shop can effectively navigate the industry landscape and
