→ Typing Ergonomics –
> It provides logistics support for
efficient and effective type writing.
> It is important to maintain accuracy
and speed.
→ Sitting Posture –
> Elbows should be slightly higher than
rest when operating is keys/mouse.
> The back support should be at 90 to
100 degree.
> Desk should be 680 to 720 millimetre
high.
> Feet should be supported on the
floor.
→ Position Of Bodies –
> Put your forehead at the level of
keyboard and put your palm down.
> Keep your wrists straight and hang
your elbows naturally.
> Don't touch the elbow to the body.
> Bend at about 90 degree.
→ Monitor Placement –
> Don't bend your neck while working
on the monitor and keep the upper
border of the screen at your eye level.
> The distance of screen from the user
depends on the size of the screen.
> Keep an approximate distance of
about 60-65 centimetre for 17 inches
screen.
→ Mouse And Keyboard Placement –
> Keep the keyboard and mouse
together at the distance of 20 cm.
> Which will help in smooth and
effortless operation of keyboard.
→ Table And Chair Placement –
> Adjust computer table and chair to
an optimal height.
> The share must support low back.
> Keyboard and vibrating devices such
as printer should be on separate table.
→ Placement Of Matter To Type –
> Place the matter for typing on left or
right side of the keyboard preferably
on a copy folder with sloping surface.
→ Positioning of Finger On Keyboard –
> Typing is equivalent to pen or
pencils.
> Now a day mastering pin type writing
skill me to attend required knowledge
of keyboard.
→ Allocation of Keys To Fingers –
> The keyboard learning process starts
with Second Row (Home Row) followed
by the Third Row (Upper row), First
Row (Bottom Row) and the Fourth Row
(Number Row).
> The fingers of both the hands must
operate the key allotted to them on
each row.
→ Allocation Of Keys To Fingers On
The Second Row (Home Row) –
> Place the 4 fingers of the left hand on
A, S,D,F consecutively and the 4 fingers
of the right hand on the J,K,L and
Semicolon(;) and the remaining 2 keys
G and H on the second row are
operated by the forefingers(Index
Finger) of left and right hand
respectively.

→ Allocation Of Keys To Fingers On
The Third Row (Upper Row) –
> The next step is learning the key
wishes from the home row to the row
above it. The learning begins with the
reaches from ‘A’ to ‘Q’ bye left hand
little finger and from ‘;’ to ‘P’ by right
hand little finger. This days is followed
