transportation of bulk and palletized edible commodities including rice, sugar and oil ,the facility
shall be comprised of bulk storage silos and warehoused with minimum 2-year storage .the scope
including design ,supply ,installation hand over with all ELV systems along with integration with
port systems for telecom ,security , TOS and PMIS. CMIS/EAMS/TOS with SAP platform,
Master Scada with Rockwell. Data center system 240 rack 42U with Emerson design and
execution .chiller plant with York around 20mw with all scada and control system. Related to
chiller plant

Project description : design and construction of centralized inspection area (CCIA) including
utilities buildings plus all infrastructure , road ,landscaping ,firefighting ,water pump stations,

works, total budget around 200 million USD.

ST .REGIS HOTEL & RESIDENTILAL TOWERS OWENER : ST REGIS ,

Project description : the project consist of : twin residential tower (22 floors each), circular
tower ( 22floors) , two hotels 7 stars ( 300 rooms, 14 floors ), 10 villas for VIP , complete
landscaping , big swimming pool , over 250000 sqm building , one chillers plant with cooling
tower around 12M tones, , 22 transformer 1600kva, 5transformer each one 2500 kva 3,3 kv for
chillers ,5HV switchgears , HV cables , CO parking ventilation system with around 60 jet fans

and 40 axial fans .one RO plant , one sewage treatment plant , all MEP
systems , total budget of project around 600 million USD.
- Operation and maintenance all the electrical systems for Hotel for 2
years.
