A RESOLUTION TO RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL


GOVERNOR SUSAN YAP TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE 3 PCS OF BASKETBALL BALL AND 1 PC
OF BASKETBALL RING TO BE USED IN BASKETBALL RING OF SITIO CATURE BARANGAY DELA
PAZ, TARLAC CITY, TARLAC

WHEREAS, currently the Sitio Cature Basketball Court has no available ring and ball to be used for the
KABATAAN of Barangay Dela Paz .

NOW THEREFORE, On motion duly seconded, Be It,

RESOLVED FURTHER, As it is resolved, that all members of Sangguniang Barangay sincerely request to
our Honorable Susan Yap Governor of Province of Tarlac to allocate funds for the 3 pcs Basketball Ball
and 1 pc basketball ring to be used in Sitio Cature, Barangay Dela Paz , Tarlac City, Tarlac

RESOLVE FINALLY, That the copy of this resolution be forwarded to the good office of the Honorable
Susan Yap Governor of Province of Tarlac for her information and favorable consideration.
