rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that
accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the
confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However, in the event of
any of the above-mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of
initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a
similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates
(supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons
including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of
the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the
Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-
refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be
levied as below mentioned.

Advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.


30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to the place, hotel and season for which booking is
made. Some hotels might have non-refundable policy during peak/festive season and
special offers and in such cases entire booking price shall be retained by Colourfull
Vacations as cancellation charges.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be


inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.

Incorrect pricing and cancellation: Colourfull Vacations reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any booking placed for a hotel/package that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall
be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied. In the
event the payment has been processed by Colourfull Vacations the same shall be credited
to your bank account/credit card account and duly notified to you by email
