Known issues
[IPCD-741] Following CTI failover for all calls in progress partial CDR records are created in additional to
the full correct CDR records
[IPCD-1708] If you are upgrading an NTR core with channels to an NTR core only and you have NTR
version 6.5.8 or lower then you have to make a backup of the INI files location from the registry and
restore this after the change.
Registry key: \SOFTWARE\CyberTech
Registry field: INI_FILE_LOCATION
For All-in-one configurations / deployments, with non-default installation locations, if the NTR was
upgraded before from any version 6.6 to any version 6.6 or 6.7, uninstall the existing Unigy integration
and do a clean install of the Unigy 3.1.9 or higher kit.
For All-in-one configurations / deployments, when un-installing the Unigy 3.1.X integration software the
Monitor tool will be removed.
Notes
Core only deployment requires NTR 6.5 or higher.

Notes
1. If the Cybertech System Node Agent overview software has been installed separately on a CTI or Satellite -
then the Cybertech System Node Agent overview software MUST be removed / uninstalled first before
uninstalling or upgrading to Unigy 3.1.10
2. When performing un-installs or upgrades on the NTR core server for the Unigy integration, the MYSQL
database service MUST be running.
3. For All-in-one configurations / deployments, when un-installing the Unigy 3.1.X integration software the
Monitor tool will be removed.
To upgrade to Unigy 3.1.12, for All-in-one configurations / deployments follow these basic steps:
Make sure you have taken a MySQL database backup – ( Binary folder copy or MySQL dump file )
Un-install the Unigy integration 3.1.x
In the control panel add remove programs - perform a “Repair” on the NTR Core software.
Restart / reboot the NTR Core server.
Install the 3.1.12 or higher Unigy integration software.
Fixes and added features:
[CS2046887][IPCD-2695] Fixed handling of timeouts in the Call Controller when a satellite recorder goes
offline during a network outage.
[IPCD-2694] Added IPC Single Sign On(SSO) support for Unigy PBX versions using SHA-256 hash
algorithm. This is now configurable in the IPC SSO User Manager service application configuration file in the
setting "SSOHashAlgorithm". Valid values are "sha-1" or "sha-256" (default).
The default installation path of the "UserManagerIpcSso" is C:\Program Files\CyberTech\UserManagerIpcSso. The
configuration file "CyberTech.UserManager.IpcSso.Service.exe.config" can be found in this folder. The
UserManagerIPCSSO service will need to be restarted after changing this setting.
[IPCD-2696] The Call Controller Audio base port is now configurable in the Call Controller registry
(HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CyberTech\CyberTech CallController) on the CTI server. If the audio
port range cannot start with port 10002, change the AudioBasePort value to the required port number. Change
the start port in the PrtVOIPx.ini on all satellites as well and restart all services afterwards.
[IPCD-2676] The installer now properly removes the single sign-on User manager (UserManager IPC SSO) if
the program is uninstalled.
[IPCD-2692] Fixed issue where the "AudioLocalPort2" port setting was unnecessarily added to the default
voip.ini files during installation.
