Anal Diseases
Anal Diseases
Piles is another term for haemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lower anus and
rectum. This swelling can cause localized inflammation of other tissues.
Anal fissure - An anal fissure, also called an anorectal fissure, is a linear split or tear in the lining
("anoderm") of the lower anal canal. Most anal fissures happen when a large, hard stool
overstretches the anal opening and tears the delicate anoderm. Less often, anal fissures develop
because of prolonged diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease or sexually transmitted diseases
involving the anorectal area. Acute (short-term) anal fissures are usually superficial and shallow, but
chronic (long-term) anal fissures may extend deeper through the anoderm to expose the surface of
underlying muscle.
Anal abscess - An anal abscess is a swollen, painful collection of pus near the anus. Most anal
abscesses are not related to other health problems and arise spontaneously, for reasons that
are unclear. They originate in a tiny anal gland, which enlarges to create a site of infection
under the skin. In the United States, more than half of all anal abscesses occur in young
adults between the ages of 20 and 40, and men are affected more often than women. Most
anal abscesses are located near the opening of the anus but rarely can occur deeper or
higher in the anal canal, closer to the lower colon or pelvic organs.
Anal fistula - An anal fistula is an abnormal narrow tunnel-like passageway, which is the
remnant of an old anal abscess after it has drained. It connects the mid portion of the anal
canal (at the anal gland) to the surface of the skin. After an anal abscess has drained (either
spontaneously or when lanced by a physician), an anal fistula will develop at least half of the
time. Sometimes the opening of the fistula at the skin surface constantly discharges pus or
bloody fluid. In other cases, the opening of the fistula closes temporarily, causing the old
anal abscess to flare up again as a painful pocket of pus.
Hemorrhoids - Hemorrhoids do not ordinarily cause pain. Nevertheless, sometime the blood
vessels in a small hemorrhoid at the edge of the anal orifice can clot off ("thrombosis"). This
may be triggered by a period of constipation of diarrhea. When thrombosis occurs, the
external hemorrhoid becomes swollen, hard, and painful, sometimes with bloody discharge.
Parameters – 8th house represents the external physical parts including anus. Saturn’s influence on 8th
or the lord, Jupiter on the7th or 8th house or the lord. (Jupiter in 8th is known to create abscess).
Mars is responsible for inflammation while Sun is the secondary significator. Moon has to be badly
placed or in malefic influence. Scorpio Sign and Planet Saturn represents the anus, colon, rectum etc,
so Mars becomes secondary significator after Saturn.
Jupiter is the 8th lord in 8th, Saturn the lord of 6th ,7th is related to Mars and Moon, Gulik and Mandi
happen to be in 2nd, Saturn has an aspect on the mercury the skin while it is with moon so the
Haemorrhoids are the probable cause. Rahu aspects both Saturn, Moon and then Mercury. There is
an exchange between Mars and Saturn, so both 6th and 8th lords are quite powerful as the debilitated
status of Saturn is somewhat taken care of by Neech bhang.
The 7th and 8th lord are together in 5th, While Venus and Mars connect through an aspect of Mars,
further Mars is in sign of Venus (This completes the sexual transmitted combination).
Jupiter connects to Saturn and Mercury here Mercury is Lord of 8th and Saturn significator and organ
representing planet for anus, Mars and Saturn are in Kendra relationship as well, Rahu also aspects
the Sun, Mercury combine, Rahu represents Viral/fungal/pest related infections. So, the STD turned
out to be of anal origin.
Saturn is with 8th lord, Moon is in RKA and connects with Mercury /Saturn Combine through Ketu,
Sun is in 8th, There is a connect of ascendant and 6th lord Mars with Mercury and Saturn (Mars and
Saturn also have a Mutual aspect). Jupiter is hemmed in malefic planets and in 7th.
Example 4 Peri anal abscess surgery and fistula in ano later.
A perianal abscess occurs when a cavity in the anus becomes filled with pus. The terms “anal
abscess” and “rectal abscess” can also be used to describe this same condition.
Jupiter link to 8th is said to cause abscess, Jupiter is also related to Saturn, While in Bhava chart
Saturn aspects Moon the 8th lord, Planet Moon is in RKA. Mars and Saturn link is also present in the
Natal and Bhava charts.
Transit chart on 29/2/2020 the day of surgery is as following Dasha period Rahu – Mercury-Venus.
Venus is the 64th Navamsa Lord from moon and is also the lord of 6th and 11th .Rahu is with 8th
lord ,Mercury is lord of 7th ,so in all the dasa period is not good for health
Saturn in transit is in 2nd house connecting to ascendant lord Jupiter (natal). Transit Moon over Natal
Moon, Mercury is retrograde in transit, perhaps creating a relapse Later. Jupiter, Ketu and Mars
transit is in ascendant ,mars connects to natal Jupiter placed in 8th as well therefore the surgery was
performed for peri anal abscess ,Since Mercury was retrograde the relapse happened later and the
surgery was not 100% successful .
Example 5 Piles, Gall bladder Removal
Jupiter in 8th, Saturn in Kendra to 8th lord, Saturn’s aspect on 6th house and lord it also connects with
Mars.
5th House hemmed ,5th lord is combust, Significator Jupiter in 8th. The 8th house lord is under the
influence of Rahu in natal and Mars in the Bhava, the significator Saturn is in RKA, Jupiter the lord of
12th/3rd is in 8th and is hemmed in natal chart.
