RESOLUTION NO. 10
Series of 2024

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PUNONG BARANGAY, HON. VINCENT V. DAQUIOAG TO ENTER INTO AND SIGNS
CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS IN RELATION TO OGP’S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND PROGRAMS AND
OTHER CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the barangay is a neighboring barangay of the Didipio and Copper Project (“Didipio Project”) under the
Financial and Technical Assistance Agreement No. 001 at the Addendum and Renewal Agreement (of the FTTA)
between the Republic of the Philippines and OceanaGold (Philippines), Inc. (“OGPI”) and, by reason thereof, a
beneficiary of OGP’s various community development and corporate social responsibility programs;

WHEREAS, Section 389 of the Local Government Code of 1991 enumerates the powers, duties and functions of the
Punong Barangay wherein paragraph (b) states, to negotiate, enter into and sign contract in behalf of the barangay,
upon authorization of the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay, empowered in Section 391 of the Local Government Code at its Regular
Session on December 1, 2023 after due deliberation and consideration, unanimously approved authorizing the
Punong Barangay, VINCENT V. DAQUIOAG to enter into and sign a contracts and agreements in relation to OGPI’s
Community Development Fund programs and other corporate social responsibility programs;

NOW THEREFORE, ON UNANIMOUS MOTION, DULY SECONDED BY ALL, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY OF PINARIPAD SUR IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, TO AUTHORIZE THE PUNONG BARANGAY VINCENT V.
DAQUIOAG TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS IN RELATION TO OGPI’S COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT FUND PROGRAMS AND OTHER CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAMS.

RESOLVED FINALLY that copy of this resolution be furnished to Oceana Gold Philippines for their information and
appropriate action.

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution adopted during the Regular Session of the
Sangguniang Barangay on February 17, 2024.
