• To start the computer switch on of your computer in which the plug is been fitted
of computer. And then put your password it will start & you can proceed with
your work.

• To shut down your computer close all your files after saving it. Then go to start
select shutdown option say ok .And switch off the switches of the computer.

• By selecting Mozilla or Internet explorer you can use the different sites, Google
etc. & also direct Outlook already will be there on the desktop.

Photocopier
It’s in Accounts, Reception, Dispatch, HR & Q.C Department. It’s used by opening
the flap but the paper on glass then close your flap, then press start button then
you will get your photocopy from it.

ISO 14001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, IATF 16949:2016 certified company. We not only
serve domestic market but also exporting to different parts of the world. We have been
an established and popular company with an excellent track record for the best
customer satisfaction. We have never compromised on the quality and the services
provided to the customer. We believe in keeping the customers happy and providing
them with products at a very competent price.

Just as every plant grows into a tree, we began in 1969 as a small unit, which used Hand
Coiling methodology to make the springs. Growth is a process and we have grown with
the core strength of a professional and able team with a constant endeavour to surge
ahead. Today it has grown up into a sizable SPRING MANUFACTURING ORGNIZATION
having deep technical knowhow, vast experience and a valued customer base, spread all
over India- Gulf and European,Italy,Spain,Morrocco,USA,China,Madera,Dubai,Saudi
Arabia, Germany Countries.

Our human resources are our main assets. We aim at their improvement through
disciplined training and encouraging their participation. To achieve the target in future.

RINGS,WIREFORMS & SPRING ASSEMBLIES from 0.08 mm to 12.00 mm
confirming to IS (Indian), ASTM (America), BS (British), DIN (German), EN
(Europe), JS (Japanese) standards in Spring Steel ,Stainless Steel, Music,
Enamelled Copper, Valve Wire and Phosphor Bronze wire etc…… from Round
and square wire section. The importance of the spring is felt only when it breaks.
Hence to produce the best quality spring we have state of art machine shop,
with latest CNC Spring Forming Machines.

Code of Practice
 Staff & workers must attend office prayer in the morning & Use of mobile phone
should not be used in office / factory area, except lunch time.

HR Rules

• In & out time producer on machine is mandatory, salary will be calculated


on this basis only.
• Staff & workers must inform to their senior or HR department before
taking leave(s).
• Leave applications, late arrival & early going form must be submitted on
time (within 6 days).
• Staff & workers have to provide their contact number, passport size
photo (2nos), Id proof, address proof & education certificates in HR
department.
• If staff & workers have any problem, they should inform the HOD first if it
is not solved then come to HR department during 1.00pm to 1.30pm on
daily basis.
• Confidential matter should not be disclosed to any office staff person or
outsider.
• Contract worker’s time noting system.
• Driver time information system.
• Any changes in staff & worker’s shift or timing must be informed to HR
department.
• Office key in charge.
• Biometric system.
• Legal documents P.F form (Documents require Pan card,Adhar Card, Bank
Saving passbook first page Xerox all 3 copies require)

• Face book, Twitter and social sites are prohibited in the office.
• Inform senior before leaving the office.
• Outside food allow only in lunch time.
• Visitors not allow in office area (Vendors /Sub-contractor etc.) Office
toilets only for staff/visitors.
• Staff and Workers not allow to sitting in reception area
• Staff/ Worker not allow to going one dept. to other dept. without work.
Take lunch between 12.30pm to 1.00pm only.
