Procedure For Determining Renumeration Of The Board Of Commissioners And The Board Of Directors

Terkait dengan remunerasi bagi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, Regarding remuneration for the Board of Commissioners and
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko Directors, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan
(Persero) menggunakan dasar hukum dengan menerbitkan & Ratu Boko (Persero) uses a legal basis by issuing Directors’
Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor: SK.15/DIREKSI/2017, tanggal Decree Number: SK.15 / DIREKSI / 2017, dated July 6, 2017,
6 Juli 2017, yang menetapkan bahwa Gaji/Honorarium Dewan which stipulates that Salary / Honorarium for the Board of
Komisaris dan Direksi serta Tunjangan dan/atau Fasilitas Commissioners and Board of Directors as well as allowances
Lainnya and / or other facilities

Struktur Remunerasi Bagi Dewan Remuneration Structure for the Board of


Komisaris dan Direksi Commissioners and Directors
Gaji/Honorarium Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi serta tunjangan Salary / honorarium for the Board of Commissioners and
dan/atau fasilitas lainnya pada tahun 2019 adalah sebagai Directors as well as allowances and / or other facilities in 2019

Tunjangan Allowance
