II. RATIONALE:

In today's fast-paced and competitive business environment, employee

training and development are crucial for organizational success. Human

resource students need to conduct employee training and development

seminars to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to stay

productive and efficient. According to the Society for Human Resource

Management (SHRM), "training and development are essential for building a

competitive workforce" (SHRM, 2020). A well-designed training program can

improve employee performance, increase job satisfaction, and reduce turnover

rates (Noe et al., 2018). Moreover, training and development seminars can help

organizations adapt to changing business needs and stay ahead of the

competition. By conducting employee training and development seminars,

human resource students can demonstrate their ability to design and

implement effective training programs that align with organizational goals and
objectives. This is essential for HR professionals as they play a critical role in

driving business results through employee development initiatives (Ulrich et al.,

2017).

III. OBJECTIVES:

This training and development seminar aims to:

1. Analyze organizational needs and identify training gaps

2. Design and deliver training programs that meet employee needs

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
