RATIONALE:
"Ani ng Sining: Bayang Malikhain" serves as a celebration of the rich cultural tapestry and
artistic diversity that defines the Filipino identity. This initiative recognizes and honors the profound impact
of the arts on the nation's history, heritage, and contemporary society. The rationale for this event is
multifaceted, encompassing cultural preservation, community engagement, and the promotion of artistic
innovation.
In essence, "Ani ng Sining: Bayang Malikhain" is a celebration of the Philippines' artistic vibrancy,
aiming to preserve cultural heritage, engage communities, promote innovation, nurture national pride, and
contribute to cultural diplomacy. Through this initiative, the organizers hope to create a lasting impact on
the Filipino cultural landscape, inspiring creativity and fostering a sense of unity through the
transformative power of the arts.

OBJECTIVES:
The primary objective of the celebration of Ani ng Sining: Bayang Malikhain is to cultivate a
profound appreciation for the rich tapestry of Filipino arts and culture, fostering a sense of pride and unity
among diverse communities.

PARTICIPANTS:
1. Students from Kindergarten to Grade VI
2. Teachers
3. Parents/Stakeholders
The 2 day ACTIVITIES will be held at DUBINAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, PLARIDEL SANTIAGO CITY with the
following activities:

• February 14, 2020-

P.M
1. Opening Ceremony:
Objective: Set the tone for the event by showcasing traditional Filipino rituals, performances, and a
symbolic lighting ceremony.

Traditional Performances: Indigenous dances, music, and rituals representing diverse cultural regions.
Guest of Honor Address: A prominent figure from the arts and culture sector.
2. Art Exhibitions:

Objective: Provide a platform for visual artists to showcase their works, spanning traditional and
contemporary art forms.
Artist Talks: Interactive sessions where artists discuss their inspiration, techniques, and the cultural
significance of their work.
3. Cultural Performances:
Objective: Highlight the diversity of Filipino performing arts through dance, theater, and music.
Collaborative Performances: Fusion of traditional and contemporary art forms.

Objective: Engage attendees in hands-on experiences, encouraging active participation in various artistic

Interactive Art Stations: Live demonstrations by artists, allowing participants to explore and create their
