PILARCA BATAN, JR., CESO V. To our motherly high-powered, and hard-working District in
Charge of Buug District, Maam Silveria Pilapil Pagayon. To the energetic and active School
head of Villacastor Elementary School, Maam Faith Salvaleon Sardual. To my fellow
hardworking, ever-patient, and approachable teachers, especially to our honored guests, to our
ever-supportive and cooperative parents, and most especially, the reason for today’s gathering,
the candidates for graduation this School Year 2023-2024. And to everyone present here today.
Ladies and gentlemen, good morning, and Welcome to the 57 th Commencement Exercises of
Villacastor Elementary School
Today marks another milestone in the history of Villacastor Elementary School as we push the
boat out on this program.

MC: Graduation is the ceremony where qualified pupils are conferred an academic degree by
their school. It is the best time for our learners to reap the fruits of their labor and sacrifices. It is
when they pay tribute to the hardships of their parents and give honor to the teachings of their
second parents, their teachers. It is when they are about to bid a temporary goodbye to their
classmates, friends, and Alma mater.
It is the day when a pupil can say “I’ve made it! It is a milestone in their lives. It is also a day to
celebrate success.
Remember that today’s special gathering is not the end but a new beginning to a new horizon of
our pupil’s/ sons’ and daughters’ careers. I’m Ms. ELONA JANE L. CAPANGPANGAN, and it
is a great privilege to serve as your emcee for this momentous occasion.

I. PROCESSIONAL (with background music)

MC: Distinguished guests, friends, visitors, ladies, and gentlemen, with pride and honor, let
us all welcome the candidates for graduation of the school year 2023-2024 together with their
beloved parents in their processional march.

Approaching the stage are the Villacastor Elementary School teaching staff headed by our
School head, Maam Faith S. Sardual together with our Guest Speaker: Hon. Charrefay C.
Quiapo, selected Brgy Officials headed by our very own Barangay OIC and Education

Philippine National Anthem via multimedia presentation. To be followed by the:

Philippine National Anthem via virtual presentation.
MC: May we all be seated.
Indeed, we are celebrating a very momentous event, especially for our diverse learners and
our dear parents. I believe that the secrets behind this significant event are the teachers who
have rendered their invaluable service and shared their brilliant ideas and wisdom with their
pupils who had guided them to the right path and able to sit down at this moment and soon
walk up the stage in just a few minutes.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us have one of the Grade VI- candidates for graduates Ms. Marian
Mae B. Orpeza deliver her Welcome Address.

AWARDING OF HONORS
In every endeavor, there are always victors and underdogs, but it doesn’t mean that if you lose, it
is already a defeat, as attested by a quote: “Losing is not always a defeat, and winning is not
always a victory.”
Today, not everybody made it to the top, but those who did are the ones called “the cream of the
cup”.
At this moment the highlight of our program, the most anticipated part, is the Awarding of
Medals, Ribbons, and certificates to the deserving pupils. May I call in the Grade Six Stars Class
Adviser Klaire G. Ybarsabal to be followed by yours truly the Grade Six Mars adviser Mark
Bonsayon?
Let us clap our hands to the honor pupils and conduct awardees. Congratulations!
