case of MURDER (DOA) wherein the victim was one Mark Jeffriel E. Sicsic, 26 years old,
single , government employee, and lastly resided at Brgy.Tambulilid block 2, Ormoc City. The
suspect is

Jhon Marc S. Eli 28 years old, married, fish vendor, presently residing at Brgy. Tambulilid
sitio Coob Ormoc City. (UNDER ARREST)

FACTS OF THE CASE

Upon apprehension, the suspect was informed of his constitutional rights but chose
to remain silent and did not provide any written statement. The suspect was positively identified
by the witnesses as the individual responsible for the crime.

Based on the evidence and witness testimonies, the suspect was charged with
Murder. The case was forwarded to the Office of the City Prosecutor for inquest proceedings and
appropriate legal action.

This case will be represented by PSSg John Leo Navarro of his office
