Dear Applicant,

Based on your performance in the aptitude test held on June 23, 2024 and marks obtained in the qualifying
examination, you are short-listed for counseling to B.Tech. Programme at Banasthali Vidyapith. The
admission in the branch assigned to you after counseling is subject to comprehensive medical examination.

You are required to report at Nav Mandir, Banasthali Vidyapith for personal interview followed by
counseling on 7 July, 2024 at 10.00 AM. As per your position in the merit-list, there is a chance that
you might get a branch within first seven preferences. However, the final decision of the discipline
will be taken at the time of counseling based on availability of branch and your position in merit.

You should report positively at the time, which has been given to you failing which you may not get your
preferred choice. The counseling is expected to be completed by 5:00 PM. If you do not report by this time it
will be assumed that you are not interested in admission and your candidature will stand cancelled.

At the time of admission, you are required to produce original certificates and documents for verification,
failing which you may not be considered for admission.

Please note that, you will have to complete all the formalities related to your admission on the same
day, however, you must come prepared to stay at Banasthali for one additional day. The first
installment of the fee Rs. 1,69,000/- will have to be deposited Electronically/via Demand Draft
payable at Banasthali/Jaipur at the time of admission. The possible modes for payment of fee are
attached herewith and marked as Annexure-I. Please note that the fee payment in cash will not be
accepted.

However, if you choose to withdraw the admission, at any point, the fee paid by you will only be
refunded partially as per Vidyapith rules. In view of scarcity of Guest House accommodation during
admission days, only ONE guardian (Father/Mother) should accompany the student. The presence of
one guardian is must for admission.

university in the country (Annexure-II) and second best women’s university in the world (Annexure-III) will be
an enriching and holistic experience academically as well as culturally.
