WHEREAS, examination of said purchase request and the supporting documents required in
the procurement, the BAC members find that the purchase was in accordance with the provision of IRR
XVI Section 52-B of RA 9184.

1. The school supplies are not available in PS-DBM.

2. The total estimated costs of the said procurement does not exceed to Php 100,000.00 as
stated in the threshold of revised IRR of RA 9184 effective September 2, 2009.
3. Goods to be procured are included in the School APP 2018.
4. The prices offered by the supplier are most advantageous to the government.

NOW THEREFORE, upon unanimous accord of all members.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the BAC recommends to the Head of

Procuring Entity that negotiated procurement is applied as the mode of procurement for the above-
mentioned procurements.

RESOLVED further that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the School
Principal/Head of Procuring Entity of Abyawan Elementary School and the State Auditor of Dep-ED
