Inventors and inventions: A Journey Through Time.


Crear un vídeo documental sobre un invento revolucionario del pasado,
presente o futuro, utilizando el pasado, presente y futuro simples en inglés para
narrar la historia.

You will create a video documentary about a revolutionary invention from


the past, present, or future, using past, present, and future simple in English to
narrate the story. This project aims to enhance language skills, research abilities,
and creativity by exploring the impact of inventions on society.

You will not only practice grammar but also develop critical thinking and
communication skills as they present their findings in a visual format. The project
will foster curiosity and interest in the history of innovation, making learning
engaging and relevant for students.

Activity 2: Researching Inventors and Their Creations
You will select a specific invention and conduct extensive research on its inventor, the historical

Session 3:
ACTIVITY 3: Writing the script for the documentary video.

Session 4:
Activity 4: Recording and editing the documentary video.

invention in a clear and coherent way, applying recording and editing techniques to achieve a quality
final product that reflects their creativity and learning.

Session 5:
Activity 5: Whole Group Inventive Film Festival
Students will share their videos in an inventive film festival in class, where each group will
present their production and reflect on the creation process and the learning acquired during the didactic
unit. Through this final activity, self-evaluation, peer feedback and celebration of the work done will be
encouraged, promoting a meaningful and enriching closure for all students.
