3. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR LEARNING

Methods and procedures must be established that allow the entire training process to be
systematized; from the identification of individual or organizational learning needs to the
evaluation of the development and results of the activity or program of training activities.
For learning to occur, it is necessary to know the student's level of competence, their prior

4
6
knowledge and their expectations.
Create a learning environment that promotes curiosity, research, practical application, as well as
reflection, evaluation and debate about professional practice.
Learning to be:
- Practical adjusted to the needs of the student.
- Progressive, starting from what is mastered until reaching the competencies defined in the objectives.
- Varied, through the use of different techniques and resources and the variation of activities
practices.
- In a group way, validating the accumulation of individual and collective experiences as well as the
different points of view regarding certain approaches.
4. METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES FOR LEARNING
- The demonstration.
- The exhibition.
- Work aimed at autonomous activities.
- Development of projects and/or ventures.
- The visits so that students can learn up close the reality of the different types of companies involved in
electronics care.
- Internships.

5. METHODOLOGICAL ACTIONS
The choice of actions or tasks to be carried out should not be arbitrary. We will also distinguish
between different types of training tasks:

- Introduction -motivation: allow the student to face the reality of learning with a
positive attitude.
- Detection of prior knowledge: they will facilitate the teacher's knowledge of the student's previous
ideas.
- Development and consolidation: they facilitate the assimilation and consolidation of both theoretical
and practical knowledge.
- Reinforcement: they will facilitate the memory of what has been learned and will help those students
who, due to previous experience, level of maturity, among others.
- Expanding, deepening: which will facilitate progress in skills already acquired.
- Practical activities: facilitate the learning of procedures and some skills and abilities.
- Self-checking activities: the student can independently verify whether his or her knowledge is being
acquired appropriately.
- Articles of interest: the student analyzes and reflects on electronic articles related to the topic
discussed.
6. METHODS AND TECHNIQUES
- Research: Increase or deepen knowledge.
- Organization: they work on known facts, order and discipline so that there is efficiency in what is going
to be done.
- Transmission: transmits knowledge, procedures, attitudes, is the intermediary between the teacher and
the student in educational action.
- Case studies: acquisition of learning through the analysis of real or simulated cases
- Resolution of exercises and problems: exercise, rehearse and put previous knowledge into practice
- Problem-based learning: Development of active learning through problem solving
issues

4
7
- Project-oriented learning: carrying out a project to solve a problem by applying acquired skills and
knowledge
- Cooperative learning: development of active and meaningful learning cooperatively
- Learning contract: development of autonomous learning
- Simulation: recreates situations or establishes the feasibility of something.
- Forum: group discussion on a topic, fact or problem coordinated by the teacher to obtain opinions,
reach conclusions and establish approaches.

7. CRITERIAL EVALUATION PARAMETERS

- Research work; individual works; and, group
- Autonomous work (pre-professional practices, essays, case studies, among others).
