Task 2 - Concept, Characteristics and Learning Styles

This document presents information on concepts, characteristics and learning styles. Includes an introduction to the topic of learning and its sources. Then, it performs a bibliographic search matrix on learning theories, analyzes a RAE sheet, and presents a fact sheet with the concept, characteristics and learning styles. The objective is to address prior knowledge about the conception of learning through these tools.

Introduction

Learning processes are the mechanisms through which human beings build
knowledge in the face of daily living experiences. This is constructed at the
individual level, although it also has an impact on the social and cultural context,
producing the internalization of cognitive structures that determine the concepts.

The construction of knowledge comes from two sources: one personal and
the other social. All learning presumes a transformation in cognitive structures
which endure experientially in future activities that aim to execute said knowledge.

The objective of this work is to address previous knowledge about the

conception of learning. This is done through the creation of a bibliographic tracking
matrix, the analysis of a RAE reading sheet and the construction of a mental fact
sheet.
Prepare a bibliographic tracking matrix of the different research that has been carried out on Learning

Theories.

Qualification REVIEW OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING LEARNING THEORIES OF THE 20TH CENTURY
Author(s) Patricia Margarita Pérez Rodríguez

Date 2004
Keywords Theory, model, liberating pedagogy
Content The construction of knowledge is developed within the classroom when a learning
model is chosen that facilitates its production in a concrete way through the transition of this
with objectives and theoretical support.

In this way you can see the possible problems in learning, especially this type of
knowledge, which was considered difficult since its difficulties lay in the ineffective methods for
memorizing and internalizing it. This is called the liberating pedagogy model.

According to Freire (1987), this lies in models of adaptation, transition or modernity of

society, but rather models of rupture, of change, of total transformation. It is based on
awareness, which he calls "awareness", referred not in a political or everyday sense, at the level
of consciousness only, but assuming the transformation of mental structures (pp 178).

In other words, this pedagogy has as its method the dialectical relationship between other
models. In addition to strengthening the theoretical base where the influence of society allows
transforming teaching

Conclusions Learning methodologies have a great influence on social interaction since it ensures the
acquisition of interactive learning. On the other hand, the teacher's role lies in providing
learning where the results must offer something more than simple memorization; on the
contrary, he must lead the learner to have prior experience in the face of knowledge.

Step 4: Make a fact sheet that contains: concept, characteristics and learning styles.
Conclusions

Learning is the modification of behavior based on experiential learning, the

behavior modification procedures developed by behaviorists have proven to be
very useful to many teachers and schools over the last few generations. Although I
disagree with much of the influence of behaviorism in education, due to the way of
seeing students as empty individuals who acquire behaviors and that those that
are not desired can be replaced or eliminated, we must admit the great influence of
behaviorism in traditional education.

In relation to learning, these theories take into account the process involved
in the acquisition of knowledge and the interactions that occur between the
different elements of the environment, as was mentioned now, learning or
acquiring knowledge of any topic, we can find it in through the internet, whether on
our computers or even on our phones.

The educator and student relationship is vital for students to have

intellectual initiatives, to encourage them to acquire knowledge on their own
initiative, to help them discover a wonderful world that we can find through
continuous learning in our daily life with the environment. that surrounds us
