Context this is a recreation of a scene in a TV series called Viking

Narrator: the famous Ragnar Lothbrok and his brother Rollo lothbrok lead an army of Vikings to invade
France after many failed attempts on breaking through the wall of France the Vikings finally succeeded.
French was robbed of its wealth but the Vikings wanted more. After many soldiers, lives were lost and
the fierce wall of France did nothing to protect the people in it .in a desperate attempt the king of France
sent a messenger to make a deal with Rollo the brother of Ragnar

the messenger: Im here to deliver a message to Rollo lothbrock

Rollo: What brings you here? did the king finally agree to surrender

The messenger: the king has an offer for you he is willing to give you all the wealth of France from silver
and gold ….

Rollo interrupts smirking What ever the king has to offer ,I’m going to get in the next raid

The messenger continues he offers you the highest position he can bestow. you will be a duke known
throughout Europe and he offers you the hand of his daughter Princess gisla you will no longer live in the
shadow of your brother

Rollo nods in agreement

Narrator: Rollo follows the messenger and enters the palace of the king of France. Sitting next to him is
his daughter princess Gisla

Rollo to the king: I heard you have an offer for me

The king: yes. I’m willing to offer you the highs position I can bestow I will make u a duke and I’m offering
the hand of my daughter princess Gisla

The princess interrupts the king: whatever my father says, I am not marrying this animal. I am a Princess
of the royal blood. I would rather be burned alive than suffer this (looks at him in disgust) ….. thing, He is
a filthy pagan Therefore he has no soul. He is worse than the beasts of the field. He disgusts me. He
makes me want to vomit.

Narrator rollo didn’t understand a thing since she was talking in French and kept on talking with the king

Rollo: you have offered me all of this what do you what in return

The king: I want you to fight the army of the Vikings you know them better than themselves you know
their strategies how they thing

Rollo: I don’t mind fighting against the Vikings. But betraying my brother that’s a price I cant deal with

The king interrupted: we both lose someone important to us. Are we making this deal
Narrator: Rollo accepted the deal and sent a messenger claiming that they have captured him and they
will release him if they give back what was stolen

Rollo knew that they won’t give in easily and his brother will come to rescue him so he started
preparations with the help of the French army he set traps everywhere to block the ships and sink them
then fire arrows at the remaining of the Viking army with no risk of losing anyone

Now the Viking army arrived led by Ragnar suspecting nothing. suddenly the traps active and ships start
sinking arrows start falling from the sky nearly wiping half of the Viking army in all of the mayhem rollo
stands upon the archer tower looking down at his brother .at that moment Ragnar understood
everything its not the first time his brother betrayed him in all the frustration and anger and disbelief
Ragnar shouts at rollo

Ragnar: After everything we did together after forgiving you for what you have done you betray me
again

Rollo : we had a dream brother to conquer the world but we could never be equal. I’m sorry brother

Ragnar: You betrayed me again. When everybody wanted you dead I kept you alive and this is how you
repay back my love

Out of the blue one of the Vikings solders grabs Ragnar and orders every one to fall back

Narrator: the Viking army retreats back to Norway having lost most of it worriers in that battle they went
back to regroup and take their revenge on days to come
