This subarea aims to measure whether the supporter is capable of:

 Perform analysis of current work operations through process, operations, route, man-
machine and bimanual flow diagrams
 Design proposals for the improvement of methods through graphic and numerical
representations
 Implement the proposed method in the work areas considering the necessary resources
 Evaluate the results of the application of the proposed improvements by analytical
methods (productivity, efficiency and effectiveness indices)

This subarea aims to measure whether the supporter is capable of:

the production system
 Determine the optimal inventory model (continuous review or periodic review) through
