II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

 The Activity started at 10:00AM/AM, with an opening prayer led by JEAN
REYES followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by
ELIZA CUDAL or thru an Audio Visual Presentation.

 The Master of Ceremony, GEMMA TEJANO acknowledged the local officials

 Treasurer CHARLENE MANUEL reported the financial status and
accomplishments of C.Y.2023-2024.
 Hon. MAURICE RANDALL S. AQUINO reported the SK FINANCIAL
 STATUS AND PUBLIC HEARING OF BARANGAY ORDINANCES.
